DSP needs to move to bitwave:
1. There is an actual person checking these claims so it wouldnt happen there.
2. He could be the BIGGEST on the platform.
3. Tevin is also there, they could do collab streams.

As shitty as Phil is, I kinda hope that DMCA abuse isn't what ultimately does him in.

IMO, let his own failures be what ultimately tanks him.

Gotta mix it up keep things entertaining. After he scammed the government he evaded his more immediate erasure by his own action things have gotten stale waiting for him to say something offensive on Twitch or die of of a health problem from his own inaction.

Phil streaming on Youtube will be the most entertainment he could possibly provide.

By the way, isn't Youtube way more shitty with their rules regarding claims/strikes and live streaming? Like, one or two(?) strike(s), and you're unable to stream for weeks/months, right?

-EDIT- He's live on Youtube:

Hassan sits in the dark in his messy apartment, sweaty fingers gripping the mouse. He finishes a cigarette, lights another. The cursor hovers over the button.

"Submit DMCA Claim"

Click.

He sneers. "Allahu ackbar, motherfucker."
He looks like one of those guys on To Catch a Predator and when he was asked to sit down and when asked if he knew the girl he was coming to meet was 14 he'd say "yes" you know cause coolies gotta cool.

It's far worse for everyone?

How does this effect me at all?

There are probably only between 5 and 10 thousand people in the entire world who even know who Darksydephil even is.

And about 8000 of those only know him for his Nioh prestream.

This has always fascinated me about DSP. He always talks about Youtube like it's the wild west of anything goes instead of as heavily moderated as it is. Probably because he can't get every detractor channel instabanned.

Strangely it's like watching the MSM talk about Reddit like it's still 15 years ago. Every 2020 mention of Reddit is how it needs to be moderated MORE heavily like the last 5 years haven't happened.

I think you lose uploading privleges for a week for a first offense if you lose the appeal. And sometimes people either don't get to appeal or the appeal is instantly rejected the moment someone applies for it.

Eh, I mean if he gets banned from Twitch (which is a hell hole anyway) or leaves because he's trying to show he's a big man then he has to go to youtube where his chat will be a lot more fun. Twitch lets him have his hugbox which is pretty fucking boring. I mean you said yourself that you'd stopped following DSP.

Me, I'm just here to laugh and this shit is making me laugh. Sorry not sorry @Null
That is an excellent point, maybe it's all for the better after all.

I think LSB mentioned before that if you enable YouTube subs YouTube expects you to do something extra to reward them.

So if Phil goes to YouTube full time and enables subs he will have to do even more work on top of his 12 hour work days. And he will have to directly interact with his fan base which he hates.

I'd love for DSP to explain how he has to babysit uploads even though Youtube archives them automatically.

Even by his own pinwheel explanations, he should save about an hour of work every day.

I believe it's two strikes for doing something controversial, and you get 3 weeks suspension. After that, you're done for at least months.

I think why Phil is so adamant about not returning to Youtube is because he has no network protection or anyone 'behind the scenes' now. Thus, when he gets fucked over by something dumb, which is inevitable, he's on his own.

Citing the falsified blog posts made by Superhound as proof that everything filed against him is fake.

We broke that open for you, Phil. It didn't just "come out". KF Autism did that.

You're welcome.

DSP is going full "Machinima/Twitch is treating me bad so they need to either respect me or else!"

I find it hilarious to see Phil have to tweet about this new DMCA suspension on a twitter account with a DMCA suspended picture and a DMCA suspended boarder up top. It just shows even with this vest streak his business has no solid foundation.
He's been surviving on pigroach luck for decades I'd expect nothing less the real question is will this saga force him to make drastic changes.

Hmm, let’s see if Phil did everything correct...

Didn’t shitcan anything that can be DMCA-striked from his channel: [X]

Went on stream and explained in detail to other trolls how he got DMCA-striked by SuperHound, and how they should do it: [X]

Mocked SuperHound repeatedly and practically begged him to keep fucking with him: [X]

Acted like a whiny bitch with Twitch, and kept publicly berating and threatening them: [X]

Welp... There was nothing he could do guys!
