Talked with an acquaintance about his workplace today; he was gushing about how Diverse and Inclusive it is, what good little allies they are, how totally down with the ElGeeBeetus the company is, the usual works.

Before he even opened his mouth to give examples, I knew it was gonna be about his company's latest foray into bringing in a professional lecturer on muh pronouns and Tumblrgenders.

It's 2020. "LGBT" means Troonbians, Other Troons, Tumblrina Troons, and Miscellaneous Troons. The rest of us are just dragged along for the ride. I wanna get married, leave people alone, and be left alone. Can the Council of Gay excommunicate these freaks already?

What’s there to say about gay people? It’s 2020, everyone with an office job knows you can’t call people faggots at work. If you’re a staunch conservative maybe you’ll refer to their partner instead of their husband/wife cause you don’t believe in gay marriage, but other than that even if you don’t like gays it’s not hard to avoid the issue. Pretending a man in a dress is a woman is different.

To clarify, my whine was less about "Can we get back to talking about the gays" and more "Jesus I'd love it if we'd reach a point where these people with clear mental disorders could stop dragging my nighttime activities in to prop up their delusional attempts to grasp at legitimacy, and Average Joe would no longer associate the two in a lump acronym please and thank you".

Forgive me if this is slightly off topic but...
Rate me MATI or autistic or whatever, but how the fuck do troons get access to medical care and surgery so quickly under free healthcare? In the shithole of a country I live in waiting lists for surgery under free healthcare take fucking forever, yet these sexual deviants manage to get their hormones and genital mutilation quicker than anyone else. You could have serious health issues that require surgery, yet you're told to suck it up and made to wait years, yet these perverts somehow manage to get surgery within a matter of months just for threatening to kill themselves if they don't get hormones. Also why the fuck is it only that mental health only matters when it comes to trannies getting surgery? I've seen plenty of people get depressed due to being told to wait for years for surgery only to be told to suck it up, but then its suddenly a problem if one of these catamites says they're depressed. How narcissistic do you need to be to threaten suicide if you don't get what you want when you want it? Wait like everyone else.

I have seen a lot of troons complain about wait times.
But also, it’s not like one surgeon does all surgeries. I would imagine in a free healthcare system, the amount of work for a plastic surgeon is pretty limited, since a large amount of what they do wouldn’t be covered by the government. Not that this makes it better, but even in the US there are often effectively waiting lists (not years, though) for doctors because there’s only so many doctors in that region who perform that procedure.

They have political power of media, especially that of social media, on their side. Trans is the it girl now and so gets VIP treatment. This isn't anything that new, ADHD, AIDS, breastcancer and many other health care issues have been in fashion. While on top they get extra support and often get fast tracked responses but this will eventually move to something else. Transtrain isn't sustainable the least so probably pretty soon. UK is already showing signs like giving harder warnings about side effects.

It's easier now than ever than ever to build your entire identity out of the porn you consume. I wouldnt be surprised if unwanted male attention is responsible for a lot of this recent wave of young ftms, but I don't think that applies to the ones going to gay sex parties and crying in the bathroom after going topless.
