Games Workshop/Warhammer Community announces it's going the diversity rout 8 years after everybody else.
(The archive versions are blocked with a "hidden messages" notification.)

They also promote a webcomic that it typical Tumblr art style with "ironic" "funny" "jokes". I don't know how long they've been doing it.

As I said in the ResetEra thread, my favorite part of all this is the devs bent over backwards to appease the woke crowd. They censored Skullgirls (I don't believe they were just fixing art errors) and their next game was basically unknown in comparison. Yet one throw away joke later, and Skullgirls is back to being "problematic".

I'm convinced any sensible creator who is starting a franchise should start it out with a bunch of shit that would offend SJWs and drive them away as fans. They're absolute cancer who drive away the rest of your fandom and then, inevitably, turn on you and burn your franchise down. Just make sure you put some chemo in the first installment so they never like you to begin with, then they don't do their spurned bunny boiling crazy cunt routine later.

True, but that's been starting to boomerang on them lately, and I'm sure the one-two punch of the Corona and the literal rioting and witch hunting is only going to make it worse for them.

Honestly, I think some small startup company should go out and make an unironically "based" and "problematic" game but do so in a way that's not overtly political. No irony or snark, just sincerity and no pretentious attempts of being "art" or "deep". Also, don't go out of your way to provoke the SJW's on the surface level like Hatred did.

In other words, make the kind of game that would've been perfectly acceptable in the 2000's or earlier, at least for an M-rated game.

Have one of the main protagonists be a white male, and if you're going for an M-rated game, you could include female nudity like Dante's Inferno and Mafia II did, but don't openly advertise it.

Maybe start with selling it on Steam, since there's a lower bar to clear with publishing the game compared to consoles and above all else, make sure it's a game that's actually fun to play.

What devs and studios should do when the gamejournos and ReetardEra get upset at a female character design is to add a setting called [current year], where every female character wear a black burqa. It's progressive and inclusive.

It was pretty much just a clone of Postal 1 but with the only shocking thing about it being all the violence and NPC's screaming "OH GOD PLEASE NO" but even that failed when considering Postal 1 being much darker thanks to the likes of its loading screens and what the Postal Dude was compared to Not Important.

I don't hate Fiona, but I'm not into her either. If they really have to push anyone out in front as the Token Diversity Shield, do Alfredo: He's funny and competent at most of the games they play.

IDK, I soured on Roosterteeth a long time ago, but stayed on with Achievement Hunter because I liked their content. Ever since the election, though, they've made snide comments and done needling little political things to play into the "Orange Man Bad" narrative. I don't demand that they agree with me politically, but it would be fucking nice for them not to shoehorn virtue-signaling Trump comments into a fucking GTA let's play video.

If that "Diversity" statement is a sign of things to come, I'm done. I am sick to goddamn death of being preached to.

I find Fiona to be really unfunny, her personality is grating and I think it’s annoying how a lot of the time she’ll parrot back what someone else says.

I feel the same way otherwise, I like AH for the most part, but the whining is just exasperating and this kind of shit just really stretches my tolerance.
