That could easily be the result of dehydration - I suspect she doesn't drink nearly enough fluids in order to avoid the onerous chore that simply peeing has become.
I doubt she's lost anything. She hasn't made any significant changes to her eating & even if she wanted to, (she doesn't), & did what she could manage without risking injury or experiencing serious pain, she can't get enough exercise to help with losing weight at this point. The smart money says this would be the time to start a gentle routine, preferably seated, to get used to regular, scheduled fitness activity so that when, (again - not going to happen), her weight started dropping to something closer to reasonable, she could start amping it up to a point where she'd start seeing physical & mental benefits.
She has no comprehension of what self discipline means & the smallest changes in activity or eating get waved off as soon as she doesn't feel thrilled or the giddiness of planning what she intends to do wears off.
