I wouldn't mind an origin story for the Riddler that is somehow similar or inspired by how Forever showed him but more serious. Smart man feels his genius talents are wasted in a 9-5pm job while others get credit from him.
Joker was a working class man who had nothing and was poor, but you don't have to be this bad to be exploited. People with more stable jobs are also exploited, in this case, by corporations. Joker was about men vs society, this could be man vs corporations.
IICR, Riddler in Batman Forever was dismissed by Wayne because he had a very stupid idea. In this case, it doesn't have to. It could be a good idea that is stolen from him. The big corporation becomes richer while you are stuck in the same place all your life. And those who advance are other rich kids who are dumber than you are. This could happen when Bruce is a bit older, but not yet old enough.
I wouldn't want a Two Face movie because we've have enough of him thanks to Nolan Batman. The Riddler is, imo, an interesting character (duh). At first, you feel for him because he's right, but then he chooses to use his talent for crime because he's a petty bitch who's mad at everybody else. Damn it, make him a Kotaku Journo to see the world explode.
