It’s a pile of sentient jizz. It’s pink becauseso anyways, how do you guys think Ditto feels after being used like a dirty slut it is, when breeding pokemon?

It’s a pile of sentient jizz. It’s pink because... it’s blushing.
Nobody really knows why but for some reason Nidorina and Nidoqueen are in the Undiscovered egg group (aka the group legendaries and certain other mons are in). It could be assumed it was an error when they implemented the breeding mechanic in gen II yet it hasn't been fixed after two decades. One of the more puzzling mysteries of the franchise on a programming level.![]()
Any explanation why these two can breed but Nidoking and Nidoqueen can't?
According to beta stuff, these two were supposed to be more weapon-themed, with Remoraid being a fish-gun and Octillery being an octo-tank/turret. So I guess the link between them was a weapons/military theme that got lost after the beta stage. Some evolutions are fucking bizarre. How does this...

...evolve into this?

Nothing official, but some dorks claim that its possible that this was like an early attempt at "DNA digivolving" shit, like that knight and ninja bug in Black and White. For example, in that game if you trade the knight bug with the black bug, the black bug gets the knight armor and becomes a knight bug, and the knight bug becomes blackish and a ninja.Well, Octillery does sound like artillery, and Remoraid does kinda look like a gun, so I can believe that. But how do you explain this?

Why does Golem look like some kind of tortoise?

So the same was probably going to be the case with Graveler and Machoke since Golem and Machamp share similarities. Machoke had two arms, but when traded gets four arms and it loses its reptilian face. Graveler had four arms but when traded loses two arms and its head becomes reptilian. Graveler also had no fangs but Machoke did which gets switched when they evolved. My guess is that they might've planned to have these two evolve only by trading GravelerxMachoke, but limitations at the time kept that from happening I guess.

I haven't played any of the new games after black and white so I got to ask, do they add more of this DNA digivolving thing in the new games? It did seem like a promising mechanic. That's a pretty good theory, I must say. And I always thought the Shelmet-Karrablast trading thing was kinda clever.

Both are actually Dark/Psychic, are only found on land, and only learn Rain Dance for a Water move.Cute baby squid and evil bizarro squid. So let me guess, is it water/psychic that becomes water/dark? That would be an interesting thing to do if it evolves by putting it upside down and making it the opposite secondary type of what it was.

No, but almost ever gen has that one Pokémon with a totally unique evolution thing. There’s Shedinja in Gen 3, Inkay in Gen 6, Shelmat/Karrablast in 5, Clampearl in 4, Wishwashi(kinda) in 7...I haven't played any of the new games after black and white so I got to ask, do they add more of this DNA digivolving thing in the new games? What's up with clampearl? I thought it just evolved by trading with a held item. Also I'm pretty sure it's g3.No, but almost ever gen has that one Pokémon with a totally unique evolution thing.
