Notice how you had nothing to say in argument so you fell back to hollow insults?
Like... how you're doing exactly what I pointed out as a quirk you should lose?
It's a common one SJW's and fake progressives pick up to fuel their ever-permanent need to win everything, even when they are wrong on the matter, even when the other side isn't fighting, even when they have nothing to debunk the claim they are standing against nor to support that which they are standing for.
I thought you said you didn't want to be associated with them?
Everybody keeps saying your posts are the most boring and they don't care about your SJW conspiracy theories. Every time I disagree with you I'm disagreeing with ALL RIGHT THINKING PEOPLE and you have to rant for pages about it. But the horror that you'll never be able to face is when you're being DULL. People here want stories, jokes, mysteries, details about Brianna, that kind of thing. Not your self obsession. I might be only a peripheral cow but you're even less of one. Nobody cares.

Everyone also thinks you're a stoner moron who got exploited by a barely-passing tranny goblin, so probably don't throw your lot in with popular opinion just yet.

Is this "everyone" the various voices in your head?

Are we the same person, thus me giving you some advice is a "self-obsession" ?

I mean, besides you going right back to what I'm saying with the name-calling... you are partially right. We are here for Brianna's nonsense. I've tried to get you to tell some stories for the past many days now, but you haven't put out. What's up with that?
I comment on her over in the Brianna Wu General thread on the daily, but you don't visit that. This thread is specifically about you. Are you saying you're out of stories and we should close your thread?

I also agree, I'm not a cow. I'm not trying to be. This isn't my thread.

EDIT: I'm really not trying to fight with you either. I guess I popped your self-image bubble where you see yourself as a perfect little snowflake who can't improve in any way?
Don't you have any friends that look out for you and give you advice on how to improve? Or do they all just coddle you, "Oh Warren, they just don't understand that screaming at a public figure that he is an adderall addict is your way of showing love! They are the problem, not you!" ???

I didn't make you do the stupid things you did to get yourself banned. It's not my fault. You did that to yourself.
I was pointing out the core of why so that hopefully you can understand that and make a change. Your response is one I'd expect from one of our lolcows though... congrats on that I guess?

Hey @W person cow, inspite of all the autism from yourself and my fellow farmers, which to be frank is making this thread somewhat tedious, i have a question.

You've said earlier that Brianna did actually do things for the campaign, but lately you've also said that getting her to actually do anything was all but impossible (not that i'm doubting you there, Wu has a well recorded history of being both incredibly lazy and stupid), so my question is; what does Brianna think she needs to do to win?

To expand on this, did Brianna ever give you an explanation for why she thinks she could win, particularly after shunning the advice from others active in state party politics?

She doesn't think she can win. She heard that most challengers lose and most second time challengers win. So she plans on running twice and not trying very hard the first time.
Except what I think she doesn't get, is that most second time challengers win because they RESPECT their community, LEARN from mistakes, LISTEN to constituents and CALL people back. Which is all the opposite of what she does.

Yeah I know it's old but y'all may be curious...
"I still can't get over the fact that a U.S. Congressman came up to me in public yesterday, and picked me out in a crowd of people so he could make fun about my deceased mom."

The crazy fuck is still digging the hole.

If this happened, they why the fuck wouldn't he have mentioned it during yesterday's stupid rant?
Because Brianna was so stunned by the incident that she took like 2-3 weeks writing a blog about it, which she then never posted. Mostly because she asked me about it being like "WON'T THAT BE A HUGE STORY?" and I was like "I dunno, I don't see it. Nobody knows who I am. I'm not sure 'faceless staffer got their fee fees hurt by Stephen Lynch' is really a story. Do you think it is?"
And then she got all unsure and never posted it.
Stephen Lynch doing this would be everything that Brianna "Professioal Victim" Wu would want. There is no fucking way that Frank wouldn't be getting Brianna to reeee all the way to the media over this. Fuck you Warren, you stupid loon.
Haha thanks for the "stupid loon" remark. But Brianna and Frank are stranger than most people's imaginings of them, and there is no predicting their behavior.

Yeah, I can't see her going hog wild and changing her ways to get elected in 2020. It's just going be another 2 years of her talking about the same old stuff and not doing the actual hard work to get elected.

Warren, questions... do you think Brianna actually learned anything from this "campaign"? Like actual knowledge of what she needs to do to win an election? Has anyone told her to maybe try and run for city council or something easier to win so she can build up a local presence?

Yes, I think that like me, she has learned somewhat viscerally a little more about the art of reaching out to ordinary people. But she did less ground work, so she learned less. And being richer than me and being how she is, she started off way further back.

Yes some more knowledge. Such as that you have to actually get signatures. You have to actually have palm cards. Etc.
Has anyone told her to maybe try and run for city council or something easier to win so she can build up a local presence?
Yes and she gets really angry when they do that. She does have some advantages to national over local, such as fundraising, but I think it is good advice too.

Well, that explains why she occasionally mentions her intent to run again in 2020. Except instead of doing the things that normal people would do (strengthen ties to the party and local interest groups, get the name out in the community, build a platform), she's been flitting about doing jack shit and pissing off just about everyone of any importance in the district.

I don't know about that. From your accounts, it seems like she might understand that she has to reach out to certain people and groups but she won't do it herself when left to her own devices and sees almost all of the meetings as being "beneath" her.

I guess what I'm getting at is what's the point of whether or not Brianna learned anything from this experience when all signs indicate that she's not going to apply anything from it?

It is good advice but Brianna Wu believes she's too good for local politics. That attitude isn't exactly something to cultivate in future representatives.

It's like the old saw about "Do you have 10 years of experience, or one year of experience 10 times?" John's going to have 2 election cycles of experience as a first-timer.

For hiring, both of those are red flags. I'd rather have someone with two 4s and 2 1s probably be the optimum. Shows he knows how to build and adapt to long-term culture, is good enough to keep around, and knows when at a shitty job they wouldn't be able to apply themselves (the two 1-years). Shows they are a self starter and they really care about the work. Too long and you risk them not knowing anything except the small set of (now ancient by compsci standards) technologies his company happened to be using.
Oldfags also tend to dig themselves in and fill a nitch and stop working so hard. People who have moved after 4 years really shows me they came in, adapted, mastered the place, and then needed a bigger challenge. Almost never can move up in the same company unless you're there over like a 25 year period, you're basically hired at your level in compsci so in order to move up means you get a different job at a higher level. That's also how you make more money, you have to keep changing jobs.
Someone who has only had 10 1 year jobs obviously isn't any good and isn't able to fit in anywhere. That's the biggest red flag.

Brianna actually has zero experience in a lot of things. She has a little bit of experience working register (at gamestop) and other than that it's just pretend. Read some niche thing, appropriate it, sperg about it, get all the asspats and move onto the next thing she tries to "conquer" in her lame existence.

I think most people in this thread were able to predict how "Mr Flynt goes to Washington" was going to end the moment he announced his canidacy. I'm really intrigued about this - What kind of strange are we talking about here? In my opinion the two of them give a first impression of being fucking berzerk before they've had a chance to even speak.

Oh Christ please let this happen. The ride is fucking starting.
She already announced before she started running that if she lost in 2018 she would run again in 2020. Although, the statistics on someone running a second time and winning seem sketchy to me.

@W person cow as a couple, did they seem awkward together? Brianna dunks on Frank all the time for his inability to understand technology or play video games. Does Frank ever get fed up with it?

What always eludes me and I wish I knew is how does a room full of people of normal intelligence react when John says something so flabbergastingly stupid that it boggles the mind? Do people politely pretend that John has not just taken a giant shit on the floor, or do they visibly act stunned that anyone could say something that stupid?

He does get slightly annoyed, but he never says anything about it. The general impression I get is that she is younger and hotter than him and he knows it, so he just indulges her. I also have a girlfriend who is way hotter than I am, so I can get that perspective pretty much. Not that i think Brianna is hot. But Frank clearly does.

Most people are way less educated about tech than you may think. I myself, although I'm okay with PCs and filmmaking tech, know less than Brianna about Macs and salting and hashing or whatever she is talking about. Although y'all on here definitely pointed out some things. And the whole "just get on iCal!" incident was a total nightmare! But these things are details that don't often come across in a broad brush 5 minute presentation.

Also, Stephen Lynch is not the brightest bulb either, so it's not an incredibly high bar. She can be like "I know how to use Facebook and Twitter!" and by knowing that, she's already Master Tech Genius compared to Lynch, Voehl, and most of her older constituents. And people at Democratic Town Committee meetings are pretty old!
Then when she speaks to like, the Young Democrats, it's just like "5 pop culture references! You never heard those from a politician before, did you?" And they're like "OMG SHE'S UNDER 50 AND A POLITICIAN WHO ACTUALLY TALKED TO US!"
Sigh, so many things are a very very very low bar in politics these days.

Lynch may not know how to do Twitter and Facebook, but his staffers are certainly very prolific with it!
