That's an interesting question. Have you ever read the works of Titus Flavius Josephus? He wrote histories of Judea, and was, by his own admission, an arrant coward and opportunist. Yet the real horrors of his era were authored by men of firm convictions. I'm not sure they wouldn't have been better off with crooked, self-seeking jerks like Josephus.

She didn't hire him for his connections, she hired him for one specific connection, which only existed in Warren's weed damaged brain.

One of Warren's relatives told him on FB that Stephen wasn't related to him. She went down his family line and there was no connection, but she made the mistake of listing a pair of brothers who disappeared because of a murder or something like that. Warren chose to imagine that one of those brothers was the link and awarded himself "fifth cousin" status. It is possible that Warren and Stephen are distant, distant cousins, but that wasn't was Brianna was after and it's utterly worthless.

You seem to see Congressman Lynch as a tool of lobbyists so let's accept that for a moment.
Brianna has openly stated one of her policies if elected would be preferable hiring policys, tax breaks and funding to move the tech industry into her district. That's sounds very much like someone who wants to get pally with big business, practically a rallying call to lobbyists. Brianna claims to have contacts in the industry but the fact is she was an unknown before gamergate (to the degree that she was so fucking unknown she had to introduce herself to gamergate), she may have some contacts who are mods or managers but the extent of her web of influence is shit tier influencers, if she had any kind of clout with the people she claims to have she would have furthered her own prejects rather than have a failed animation studio and a broken typing of the dead clone (which will never be fixed since she fired her all girl team before shipping) to her CV. I know from your story that when her an another candidate you introduced her to wanted to get things moving and arrange a workshop day she shot that shit down, I think you know why. Brianna does not know those kind of people but thanks to her sperging out at all those women in tech conferences they certainly know her.
Shouldn't a progressive candidate be chasing the 1% for the taxes they avoid rather than offering new ways to escape it and lowering their operating costs.
She sells this as "a better future for gen z" but isn't that the same language all politicians use to sell this kind of issue. Brianna wouldn't be creating cottages industry's she would just be furthering a corporate interest.
But let's just say Brianna did want to go the cottage industry route and create a generation of AP designers or indie games devs. The resources already exist for that. There are already freely available courses, asset packs and tutorials to get you started and community dedicated to bringing you together with other like minded individuals. You would just be wasting public funding on shit that's already been given away except with the added lure of signing up potential hot start ups with an agency to take their cut.
