Here is a cool thing you can do that costs $0:
it's called `keeping your children healthy and not letting them eat 24/7 at mcdonalds ` and it's 100% for free. It's a cute idea that costs literally nothing


I also remember a post but I can't find it:

Okay, I can get not pushing the idea that younger kids need to be really concerned about their weight, but that doesn't mean you jump right to the other extreme of telling them eating healthy and exercising doesn't matter at all.

Food costs money, consider this, it's called "not feeding your children" it's 100% free and will also save you money long term.

That post was a weird way to put whatever they were trying to say (tell your children they don't need to be thin like a catwalk model? Let them eat candy sometimes? Buy McDonalds every day?)
