Slimetony is not wrong, though. Let's be real here.
They got a point. People would see a black kid bringing a gun like that to school as more of a threat, but I imagine even a white girl doing this caused a lot of unease.
People forget that white gun owners were very supportive of gun control when black people started getting guns. If anything, it is curious that more gun owners didn't raise a stink over black men (and black children) being shot on sight for carrying fake guns.
Y'all gonna need some better examples of Tumblr foolishness than these.

I forgot about slimetony... iirc he(?) is a pretty prominent blogger (at least a while ago).
I remember there was the user memeufacturing who was popular for a good long while, but holy shit was he a massive douche. Then there was that humongous callout post in which he got accused of sexual harassment/rape/something, and tumblr slammed the door in his face basically overnight. Good riddance.
Apparently, he's been brought up here about 13 times, which is unsurprising

To be honest- that tweet about men. Women were a threat to me more because girls always teased me in school and guys didn't. And girls in a group can be a threat. Especially in younger years. LOL, but whatever, women can do no wrong.

Literally within minutes after the new Fire Emblem trailer was released people were already pumping out pride icons for the new characters and going "this character is gay/trans uwu sorry I don't make the rules." Also they praise the new female character solely because she isn't wearing tiddy armor and is covered up like a good girl.
