Fun radiation poisoning story time since there isn't anything happening. During the Cold War the Soviets wanted to put lighthouses all along the coast to stop ships from smashing into the shore. The only problem was that the nearest town to these lighthouses could be hundreds of miles away. The Soviet solution? Make them unmanned and power them with a Strontium 90 RTGs! They built dozens of them and installed them throughout the 60s and 70s. Then the Soviet Union collapsed and there wasn't any money to maintain them and some were even forgotten about. They fell into disrepair, collapsing into the ocean or being overgrown. One day in the 90s a group of hunters were stuck out in the cold of Siberia but came across a building near the coast. Even better, there was this weird metal thing inside that's hot for some reason! They spent the night sleeping close to this amazing self heating thing. They were all dead of radiation poisoning within a few days.
My favorite part of this was Russia was perfectly fine leaving these things sitting out in the wild until international nuclear agencies pressured them to do something about it, but they were only willing to go collect them with foreign aid from their neighbor countries (and you bet your ass they dragged their feet every time someone found one), only to throw their hands up again once they started fucking with Ukraine.
It's too implied-context and self-repeating to be AI.
AI would just give you a concise summary with generic supporting points about how real war is more dangerous than a movie.
AI is really bad about implications, and really bad about show-dont-tell.
Clicks and views. No one gives a shit about "Operation Oak Leaf". It has no edgy component designed to capture the curiosity of the modern public. "Operation Bitch Splitter" however...
Over half a Century of no major combat against anyone but Muslims has made our military so flabby and complacent as to think the point of warfare is to capture the curiosity of the public.
It is well that Europe have embraced cuckoldry. I don't think we'd do well against 19th Century France with 21st Century weapons.
I wonder if the "US Army is running out of food!" thing was projection that started right around the time that Iran started running out of food for their soldiers.
I don't recall any of that being said, if there's something the US military isn't short of, it's food, or more accurately, robust logistics for providing food, though it definitely depends on the situation about the quality of food, sometimes militaries can't serve anything but slop.
Also, on discussions about Trump considering "more military operations", bookmark this post and watch as its just more bombing of Iran for another 4-6 weeks before stopping and declaring that surely, Iran will submit this time, or maybe just declare that we've set their program back by years again and call that a victory before shifting to Cuba, I am so sure of this that I am willing to gamble my rep (izzat) and get humiliated forever if I am proven wrong.
Trump has a pattern when it comes to conducting military activity since his first term, it is always a very quick, low-effort, low cost, and decisive operation that has some results he can go and show off, and I don't blame him for sticking to that strategy, it has worked so far, right up until this point, but this man is not equipped to handle the pressure of a prolonged full-scale war laid directly at his feet, it would be far more in-character for him to simply cut his losses and withdraw while pretending he did something before moving on.
That post is one of the most autistic things I've ever read. It's like Top Gun lives rent free in his brain and he despises it with every fiber of his being, but he also can't bear to live in a world where it's discredited in any way.
500,000 to 1 million dead is barely even rookie numbers, with the number of active and passive subversive communists, socialists and other flavors of marxists in the United States. Trump almost have to give Mao and Genghis Khan a run for their money at the highest kill score in purging all of them.
Its like Afghanistan or Iraq where there's no will to destroy the entire substructure of the people and take it for ourselves, mixed with the "what are we doing here aside from fighting a phantom enemy"
It bears repeating that trying to change islamic societies like iraq and Afghanistan will never happen precisely because islam is borderline impossible to get rid of. Nothing short of genocide will fix this. Which leads to,
It's the guerilla mindset of hiding amongst or using the larger civilian population that is what makes us "bad." It requires a level of brutality the west cannot stomach and also a full scale occupation (not a provisional government like Afghanistan) when the fighting has stopped. These groups/governments know this and also know we won't fully commit to it, until we figure that out or stop involving ourselves in this shit nothing will ever change.
If you want to permanently fix the middle east for good. It's very simple, look to the mongols and how they treated iran once muhammad (not THAT muhammad) decided to kill the khan's diplomats. Except in this case it's making sure that no sandnigger survives. Had if this was done when the islamic population used to be under a billion or 500 million. The west could've dealt with the islamic menace once and for all. Too bad they kept ignoring the cancer until it metasized to 2 billion+. It's not exactly helped by the fact that ironically enough. Most muzzies aren't native arabs. Which makes the hardcore simping for islam all the more bizarre. Especially since islam is a thinly veiled arab supremacist religion, so for muds, arabs are basically the chosen people of allah.
Some more reports based on what I said earlier. Trump's obsession with deals is such that the GCC is starting to worry that he'll just tell them to absorb blows for fear of "ruining negotiations" if America strikes back in their defense. View attachment 8970153 Source | Archive
I hope we didn't make any Taiwan concession. China also says one thing and does the other behind everyones back through unofficial channels. Not sure how much their agreements are worth.
That being said, it looks like we have their blessing to bomb Iran again if they agree to no nuclear weapon and an open Strait. Wang Yi must have seen how screwed China's military and economy is without free flowing oil, green energy be damned. They can't count on Iran to be unpredictable by going into a tard rage and shutting down the strait.
Countries go for the path of least resistance. So Iran chimps out and demands the world pressure Trump to give them what they want. Easiest initial path is to say hey Trump this is annoying us can you do what they say so things go back to normal? Trump says no I'm good. Countries realize they don't actually have the levers to "pressure" Trump in a way that won't end up costing them more than the current situation even is. Path of least resistance returns to al-zutting Iran.
Take the poo kingdom. The more desperate things get for them the more likely it is they end up joining the coalition to open the strait as opposed to starting an economic tit for tat with a man like Donald Trump. Aint nobody committing economic brinksmanship for fucking Iran.
You forgot one thing, American pigdog, BRICS supports the Axis of Resistance. You have no chance of defying the economic might of the nations of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa!
Saudi Arabia is apparently trying to go full Europe, but I find their odds of success lacking. Source | Archive
Meanwhile, Cooper is countering all those reports claiming Iran still has 70% of their military capability.
He could be lying, but an Admiral on the record inherently has more standing than nameless intel drones leaking to gossip rags. Source | Archive
So much for "Anti-American" solidarity, I thought they would at least try and provide some level of military aid to the Iranians, even just as a "goodwill of gesture" of standing side by side against "Western Imperialism", at least Europe stepped the fuck up and gave the Ukrainians the resources they needed in fending off Russia for the past 4 years and counting.
Gotta question though, what's with the sudden turn of Trump getting chummy with China?, this guy went from waging total trade wars through tariffs since 2017 to strengthening Sino-American relations like this all in under a few months?, even if all of this was just rhetoric, its a massive change.
While it would be well within his character for Trump to "trade" Taiwan for Iran, making some backroom deal with Xi in turning a blind eye when he decides to finish the "Re-Unification" project, his advisers probably told him to not do that because Taiwanese semiconductors suddenly being under the hands of America's biggest rival would be a massive national security risk and piece of leverage China would now have over the United States.

For anyone who was questioning why Trump would wait til the China meeting before dropping bombs… this is it. Now he gets to bomb Iran as much as he wants without directly antagonizing China because they’re officially on the books okay with it.
