I believe that following the "Legal system will always find the dumbest and most bullshit way to fuck over Null" mantra, which is yet to be disproven, someone could be declared a vexatious litigant, and the court would see it and either ignore it, or just stamp the approval for it anyways. Because it's Null.

Does declaring someone a VL add an extra step? Yes. Does one extra step matter when it seems like the courts jump at the opportunity, no matter how batshit retarded it is, to give the dumbest and most malicious motherfuckers free rein to do whatever the fuck they want with impunity and no repercussions? In my opinion, not really.

There is nothing stopping him from posting on the farms. There's just no way he'd post anywhere that he can't attempt to control the narrative or is somewhere he at least feels no one knows about his past actions.

He usually just tells people to mooooove on instead of actually refuting what they're saying anyway so it's not like he could add much posting here.

To me, this blatant hypocrisy is one of his more grating aspects. He expects others to ignore his past while scrutinizing theirs with a fine-toothed comb.

Long overdue update since something significant happened less than an hour ago.

The timeline is more or less like this:
  • Initial request was made on 9th of January
  • On January 13th, they said "Due to the high volume of public records, additional time is required." The new timeline was 19th of February
  • On 17th of February, they concluded that no records existed
  • Today, after a lot of effort on my behalf, they provided as a reasoning that they delele records every six months. The records in question are from 2024, so this isn't an explanation for the difference between "high volume of [...] records" and no records. In addition, they offered to search through the County's backup IT systems
  • If I agree, this would take up to six months.

I intend to take them up on this offer. It is likely that I will not have any update to you for the next half year
