He claimed he was going to a new church on his streams.

He is spinning this (i.e. lying).
To refresh the thread, see posts below outlining the change of church attendance, and how he will 'never go back'.
Right, and he's also now going to claim they issued some groveling apology to him for (correctly) reporting child neglect because there was never any child neglect. He will never provide proof of such an apology (because it's bullshit), or he will claim it was delivered verbally (bullshit).

Nick is such a punk-ass bitch you could just make up the most outrageous bullshit about him and not only would it eventually turn out true but it would be even worse.
Until that CHIPS report leaked, never in my wildest dreams did I ever think this would end with a coked-up 8 year old. I am not sure anybody predicted that. Would be wild if it turned out somebody did.

So, guys, Nick Rekieta's kids weren't showing up for church smelly and unfed like it said in the report made to the police, and the warrant application. Also, the church has apologized to Nick.

This is according to... *checks notes* Nick Rekieta.

Assuming the usual weasel wording lies Nick likes to tell I imagine it's something like:
"Because of the severity of what has happened, your lack of repentance over it, and you lashing out at several members of the congregation including the clergy we think it would be better for you to find a different parish."
"FUCK YOU INCEL PRUDES! PEOPLE ARE MAKING FUN OF ME ONLINE NOW AND MY PURE UNCUT EPSTEIN-GRADE COCAINE IS GONE! And my kids got taken away."
"We're sorry to hear that."

How could it not? GFM doesn't let you have access to someone else's money. If you've designated it for someone else, it can only go there. The question would be what happened to it after that.
Which would be between Vic and Ty. Nick wouldn't know, unless Vic told him. (I suppose Ty could have, but that would probably be an ethical issue.)

Nick's the wrong person to ask, and doubly so in his current Swiss cheese brain state. Might as well ask a block of Camembert what happened to the money - at least it wouldn't lie or make up a story about it.

How does this demonic cocksucker even enter a church without bursting into flame?

Well, as we've seen, he is not above ethical issues.

Nick? Sure. Ty? Eh... Ty treated Vic like a shyster treats a mark, and Ty was high on his own farts. Ty fucked up the case (or his team and he did). Flip side, Judge Chupp was an idiot.

I don't think anything I've seen would rise to an ethics claim against Ty. Which is why I think this line of speculation, years after the fact, is kind of retarded.

Maybe some day Vic will decide to talk about what all happened, but if and until that happens, it's all pointless. (For that matter, it wasn't until the Vic/Alex Stein interview that we found out that Ty did Vic so dirty.)

Even something as simple as, "We're sorry this had to happen, but..." would have Nick try to spin it.

Without a doubt the church elders told him that they were sorry he, and his family, were going through such a difficult time and they would like to help him get better. Which, in his smooth, hole filled, brain is an apology.
It's his sleezy (not)lawyer coming out. Apologies have been argued as an admission of guilt in court.

Ty was in charge, and the very day he filed (after the deadline) a fucked up pile of completely defective bullshit, instead of fixing it he was getting high on his own farts on Nick's show gloating about the absolute disaster he perpetrated.

No, I agree Luther's first question is problematic.

I am only pointing out there is a second part of his interrogatory that survives criticism of the first. The "what happened after that" part.

Personally, I don't think we will ever get an answer to that question either. The proper person to lead the charge on that would be Vic, and the fire went out of Vic. I think he just wants to move on and salvage what remains of his life and career. I feel for the guy.

I think that's also somewhat similar to "You can't fire me, I quit!". As it applies to his contention he wasn't thrown out.

So Nick claims that Streamyards only works with Chrome? Let's see what Streamyards official site says:

Wow, Opera and Edge are both listed as recommended! This took 5 seconds to find btw.

Meanwhile, I think people not obsessed with Aaron tend to think that show last night was a stupid ass idea that reflects badly on both Nick and Kayla.

Also, in the replies...

🤮

Yes. And Nick made a considerable amount of money every time he had Ty on. Like yourself, I was here the night he first had Ty on, and he crossed the 9,000 live viewer mark for the first time. At that time, it was his biggest success. That stream even made the front page of YouTube, and was the most viewed livestream that night. Nick started to become a top superchat earner at that point.

I don't think it's appropriate to let Nick completely off the hook when it comes to Vic, because while I will certainly agree the biggest fuck-up of all there was clearly Ty, Nick helped create the conditions that allowed Ty to be involved in the first place. And now, with the benefit of considerable hindsight, I do not believe Nick involved himself for altruistic reasons.

In addition to having Ty on his show so much, and that tantrum he threw on 01/20 when Vic (wisely) declined to come on his show, if the Toe is to be believed (on his KC appearance following the arrest), Nick would go on to rant to him years later about "that Vic guy" and how he didn't come on his show enough, or do other things Nick wanted.

(Personally, I believe Aaron is telling the truth on that one because he told just enough to where it comports with the known facts, but not so much that I think he went combing through 4-5 year old archived threads here on KF).

I think, at the end of the day, Nick was more interested in the $$$ and his personal fame than Vic. He got what he wanted out of it.

And he's still that way about everything. He's a self-centered SOB. Only difference is he sucks so bad, and his reputation is so far in the toilet, I don't believe he could ever do anything like that again.

And that's a very good thing.

If only Fapcop was still here with us for this...
I made a joke in the supporters forum a while back that my preferred headcanon with Fapcop is that he wisely settled on the nanny, and they are both kicking back on a beach somewhere.

Dude was cool. Hope he comes back.

Believe me, I don't. I just don't think he directly stole from the GFM because that would have been impossible.
I don't either.

He's so stupid, trying to do an edgy "I'd fuck me" allusion. No, Nick, you are not a "maybe dangerous and scary but intoxicatingly sexy" man. Lol, no, you're a limp-wristed, unfun, unfunny, lily-livered, midwit dork.
