In an alternate dimension where Russ was right, AND had put all the rent money into escrow (and made that available to the court instantly) and THEN alleged all his shit, they might actually have had to look at it.

But as it is, even his attempts to offer "daily payments" are clearly the whinings of a broke poorilla nigger.

(And Terry might not have done anything amazing if he didn't have his demons, but he would have been one of those 9-5 salarymen who dabble in weird projects that appear on HN from time to time.)
 
I love the fact that just a month or two ago, Greer had managed to scam his employers into agreeing to pay him $20k and then thought he was going to raise that win to over $100k.

And now, just a month later, he's unemployed and homeless.

Following Greer vs Moon, it's easy to come to the conclusion that there's no such thing as justice in US courts, but this thread warmed the cockles of my heart.

I've never pissed off a landlord but they've been known to only come knocking once. This guy musta been measuring his words extra carefully cause of that discrimination shit that could bite him in the dick if he went about it the wrong way.

After seeing how that Playboy Playmate posted the picture of an older nude woman and made fun of her, I will never step foot in a public gym. That was in a Planet Fitness as well.

He wouldn't have started recording until there was a reason to. If the landlord burst in because he thought he heard chocking as before, and then they started arguing, Russ would only have had time to pull up the record feature a bit into the argument.

Both things ("Landlord going to Russ for unpaid rent" and "Landlord heard chocking so he skipped knocking") can be true at the same time.

The Judge plainly told Russ to bring all the evidence to the hearing. It's Russ' own fault if he chose to disregard that

I'm not saying go out and post NO NIGGERS NEED APPLY or HOT BITCH RENTAL ONLY but if you're renting a room or even sometimes the other side of a duplex you live in, a bunch of anti-discrimination laws don't apply.

But does the court realize Russell is DISABLED? They should disregard the standard procedures used to ensure justice and fairness because his droopy face made him forget to mount a defense.

In the viatron case he makes it seem like the eviction is 100% their fault, but in the landlord case he makes it seem like he didn't pay due to things the landlord did

Don't get me wrong Planet Fitness is ridiculous with their "lunk alarms" and pizza days (can't remember if they still do it and don't care enough to look) but that particular case didn't involve them. Also, PF's business model, namely have super low rates because most of these people who sign up will come in once or twice in a year and never cancel because it's cheap and they convince themselves they're going to start working out, is genius.

We have a local PF that sends out mailers about deals all the time, but I will exercise my old ass in the privacy of my own home.
