But still doesn't retract his request for a preliminary injunction against Aguilar enforcing the law.

Make it make sense, and from the signature/received dates he submitted those despite being homeless. This is crazy even for him.

I also checked the check coming claim. Russell said the illegal entry was January 11 2026:

So he can't even say that was the check coming some time after January 11, he was telling his landlord to wait for his pie in the sky award from the ViaTRON suit that'll TOTALLY happen!

The Judge handling evictions doesn't care about any of this shit. It's always either "you didn't pay the rent" or its some sort of annoying domestic squabble. And if you didn't pay the rent then they don't have to give a shit about your annoying domestic squabble. "Just get out! Next!"

Local courts have neither the time nor the fucks to give to pro se retards seeking to argue constitutional law because they haven't paid rent since October. And yes Russ very clearly completely pissed off the Judge. If he had been polite contrite and just asked for 1-2 weeks to secure new housing without all the idiotic amateur lawering and oh so Greeworthy demands, he probably would have gotten 1-2 weeks. But he had to be himself. So she bounced his ass in 48 hours.

One whiny retard says he did it, with no proof or corroboration, and the landlord said he never did it. It's a classic she said, he said. You can't make a finding of fact or a ruling of law on that. It's just a bunch of annoying, moist retardation. The judge did the right thing, just fucking ignore the retarded shit and don't even get into it.

I foresee his appeal going equally well.
