I really hate how the Youtubification of software guides. More often than not written articles are superior. Videos are just so clunky. Oh you didn't quite get something explained over several minutes so you want to listen to it again? You have to muck about rewinding to find the spot where the Youtuber started explaining it.
This is another issue I have: how fucking long the vast majority of video guides are.

I would presume that once you introduce metal oxides into distilled water it no longer becomes distilled water, but I could be wrong.
It depends on the drying times. If you get the thing dry in a few hours it should work. If it's a complex part with nooks and crannies that suck in water water via capillary effect and doesnt dry the water will become ionized.

Well, you are. No idea why people would use water on electronics. Perhaps to avoid any possible fire hazards or because of the smell? But even with distilled water you have a corrosion hazard.
