tbf, it does depend on what people are typically asking for/how picky they'd be by that, but standardized pricing at places gets kind of retarded, like a buzz cut or most (x)top (y)back and sides should be always damn near nothing

but more to topic, going to black barber shops, where people want fades etc much more often, you can see on youtube examples and how fucking easy it'd be to have people chimping out, if people charge low for that, more power to them, but i'd also understand charging more

the biggest problem with all that is literally anyone can get trimmers nowadays, and especially men, can start with the highest guard, go all over, if hair too long, take one down repeat, and at absolute worst never have hobo hair, essentially always have at least a mid haircut, and save 50+ a month, with no risk of stuff like fuckups you have to forgive and pay for
