My explanation is that it's just extreme narcissism. We talk all the time about how they commit a lot of crime, but let's not forget, they are also overrepresented in
literally every other bad thing. I'm not kidding, if you can think of something bad, be it a behavior or an outcome, blacks are overrepresented.
But here's a study specifically about narcissism:
So, my theory is that just believes the world revolves around her, and therefore when she goes to a different store, they're gonna want to hear about her troubles with the last store.
It's also really funny (and typical) that when she reaches a customer support rep, she starts telling him that she wanted red shoes, but they didn't have any red shoes ...and just goes on and on. A higher IQ person would say, "hi, I ordered something from your store and received a delivery confirmation, but it was not, in fact, delivered."

And at 12:05 the cop says, "you're bouncing around in your stories" and this is taken as a sign of intoxication. Black people do that constantly. The black lady in the shoe video did it several times - are they just always drunk?? Or is this another case of different standards for white people?
