He's right. They've been building entire subdivisions of shitty homes and selling them exclusively to recent immigrants. Those companies don't even build McMansions anymore, they exclusively build starter homes with tiny (if you're lucky) yards while charging more than the old McMansions with real land cost.

They were already planning on building those homes and they're desperate to find buyers because their supply of customers willing to pay high six figures for houses that are already falling apart before being closed on has been cut off. Americans take one look at the horrible price/quality ratio and run away.

Conversely, the Sultan of Morocco heard about the American Revolution and thought "That's fucking based, let's get a treaty of friendship with those guys" and they never gave us any trouble unlike the other north african polities.
 
I was reading some more Epstein stuff and realized another way you can tell a lot of these emails are fake is because Trump has an extremely distinct style of speaking and writing with odd turns of phrase, idiosyncratic sentence structure, misspellings, none of these emails have any of that.
