"Doesnt hurt anybody" my arse, there's no such thing as a victimless crime, the harm is either direct or indirect, thats why they're made crimes in the first place, they disrupt the order of society and harm people even if it isn't initially obvious. These are the kinds of people that just sweep everything under the carpet and couch then tell you the place is clean because the dirt can't be seen anymore - I bet they don't even dust the top of their hearth, fucking animals.

Nick says the kids had no idea. Nick has also claimed before - albeit softly - that swinging only happened when the kids were away, which might make you think that Nick's kids just never had an opportunity to stumble upon the four of them in a single bedroom at once. But here, in an impotent attempt to own Aaron for getting minor facts wrong, he admits that the four of them were all in the master bed together and a child was able to open the door and ask for food. Meaning there was swinging going on with the kids there, they saw it, so they DEFINITELY knew what was going on.

Also Aaron cared more about that kid than either Kayla or Nick.

The thing is, we are all adults here. Most of us have been drunk at some point. Maybe some have taken drugs at some point. Almost everyone will know someone who has. The idea that somehow Nick and Kayla were under the influence only when the kids weren't around and perfectly functional when they were makes no sense to anyone with a brain. That's not how that shit works. Having ketamine, cocaine, marijuana, prescription pills and booze in your system, but all cool, kids don't notice a thing. My daughter will point out I have wine breath if I even have 2 glasses. She's 8. But sure, the 5 kids noticed nothing Nick.

Also, the guy freely admits there was a cocaine bullet in the car when the police executed the search warrant. Why the fuck would he need it with him whilst driving a kid around if he wasn't going to use it? Does he even think these things through when admitting them?

In regards to why he tells on himself, he has a bizarre relationship with the word lie. In his mind he thinks if he can cast doubt on a small part of an overall accurate story you somehow get to just then not believe the other person on anything, even though he admits it as overall true. Yet when it comes to him lying he completely reinvents the rules.

It's really funny and weird.

I think your assessment is accurate though funds could have been distributed at any point.

Timeline:

2005: Louis Owen retires from Petrofac after the company's IPO.. The Louis and Peaches Owen Foundation is founded. Also, Nick & Kayla get married in a humble ceremony and reception in a church basement, says Nick.
2010: The Foundation donates $18M to the Christian Trinity Hospital for a heart wing
2015: Nick graduates law school
2016: Celeste Rekieta's father, Louis Owen, passes
2018: Nick buys his current home. Also, Celeste and Bob purchase their home in St.Pete's.
2019: Celeste Rekieta's mother, Marie "Peaches" Owen, passes

In other words, it looks like some money was distributed by the estate in 2017-2018 after Louis passed, and possibly more after Peaches passed. (Funny, that's when he started his YT channel.) Somewhere in the archives of the thread there exists a more detailed breakdown of the publicly available documents regarding the trust. I forget who posted it. Probably @Balldo's Gate. Sources: Obituaries, FB, Zillow, Nick's Linkedin, and my memory.

The evidence for:

- Nick had cocaine all over his house
- Nick's child tested positive for cocaine
- Nick, in court, tried to get all records of his kids' positive drug tests excluded from the record before he got the drug tests results, indicating he knew they'd test positive in advance

The evidence against:

- Nick claims the officer rubbed cocaine in his daughter's hair (he refuses to share proof)
- One guy said on quora that cleaning hair follicles actually does the opposite and makes them test positive for cocaine metabolites that can only be made inside the body

Nick won't stream multiple nights in a row because:
  • He's drinking all the time (predictable testing schedule)
  • He doesn't want to drink on stream after the Cokestream lead to a police raid
  • He struggles to go an evening without getting hammered, leading to planned streams/appearances getting canceled last minute
