They're still there. They just get filtered by the default Youtube sorting.

In other news, Nick's stock is going up. Only slightly worse than Mersh now.

Nick is talking about Aaron again.

Isn't that the guy he was explicitly told to not talk about by a judge?
Weird how Nick can just do whatever he wants, but someone else mentions Kayla twice and Aaron goes to jail for it?
If Aaron goes to jail for 8 days for 2 violations, then Nick would have racked up about ~2 years by now if we apply the same metric.

I was watching some of Elissa's copesplaining clips and this might be the most prescient observation ever made about Nick:

I don't care that it's from three years ago, the whole clip (PreserveTube) is the Ralphamale landing unanswered body shots on Skelly for 10 minutes straight, this is the Ralph Xanax took from us. I even tried panning for gold in a couple of other 2022 era Killstreams but all I found was the origin of Nick's anorexia:

Link, timestamp is 19:08

His daughter is his “homie” now.
I suppose it's worth documenting what he said about his children considering he was once charged with child neglect.

He said the following shortly after Joe joined starting around 1:15:00.

- Joe and Nick have not interacted in a very long time; Joe feels like he's been a bad friend to Nick

- Nick can sleep anywhere, anytime. He seemed to compare it to when he was on drugs and slept less.

- Nick's eldest three kids are now attending school full time and the youngest two are still being homeschooled; He often wakes up at 7AM to drive the kids to school

- The kids: "They're getting funnier and funnier. It's going to be devastating at some point."

- He spoke glowingly about his oldest son. He's a musician, a writer, and an animator. Nick enjoys talking to him about movies and literature. This son is more "rigidly Christian" vs Nick.

- Nick's eldest daughter is the most like him. (Age 12, I believe.) She's getting in trouble "constantly". She got detention on her first day at school for acting up on a school bus. She sometimes calls people fat just like Nick does but she's not a bully. She's Nick's "homie". She demands that Nick take her shopping and his wallet feels the pain.

- The rest of the conversation was about presidential power and tariffs. (Somewhat interesting for any law nerds out there. Joe was much more well-versed in the constitutional issues.)

- Nick also tried to sell Joe on getting Supertips. Joe seems very interested.

(Btw, top YT live viewership was about 700.)

I have been away from Nicks fuckery for quite a while... I didn't think he could become a even bigger faggot.

But here we are LOL.

Nick's always skinwalking someone

When he was starting out it was the troll, anti-Maddox side of Dax, during Greer it was Null, during weeb wars it was Jim, during the meltdown it was the rockstar drug user persona of Dax, now he's skin walking Melton.

he's just such a meandering bum lately so he's impossible to watch but a clip i could stomach he said that
>i signed a deal with rumble
>... but they never responded back to me signing it
>i could [MEANDER MEANDER MEANDER TALK SLOW BE BORING] reallly.... [MEANDER MEANDER] i needed the money to survive at that time

sounds like this nigga broke as fuck if he needed a fucking 'THE QUARTERING' tier multi-level marketing bullshit deals that rumble does now.
The Rumble stuff is funny as fuck. If you believe Nick, he wants you to believe they had negotiated an agreement, Rumble sends over the contract, Nick signs it and Rumble then ghost him.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it didn't go down quite like that.
Nick wants everyone to forget that he owed Rumble a number of streams from his then current contractwhen he quit streaming. He still owes Rumble.

Actual timeline (probably):
March 2024 - Nick's consistency and views suck. He's still under contract to produce shows. Nick wants Rumble to put him on the board. Rumble offers Nick token contract.
May 2024 - Nic arrested. Owes Rumble a number of streams due by end of each month.
August 2024 - Nick isn't even close to fulfilling terms of existing contract. Signs the token March contract even though the contract explicitly says it is good only until 3/31.
If it did go that way, it's still very embarrassing for Nick.

Piecing together things I have been told in private and observed myself in public:

- Rumble was already phasing out the sponsored creator programme because it failed to entice enough of a user base from YT to switch to Rumle
- The standard contract for all or most of the creators in the programme had at least a 1-year extension option, but it was NOT guaranteed
- Rumble executives and managers were aware of Nick's drastic turn in style and content and were horrified

Nick likely signed the 'extension' and sent it back, but Rumble declined to renew. I would not be surprised if the 'contacts' that brainstormed the sponsor programme were all canned for the huge failure it was, so Nick might just be shading the truth here.

Yeah, as much as Nick was acting like rumble loved him it seems clear that he got the standard try-out contract and didn't make the cut. Rumble was basically spamming one year contracts at the time.

It's literally another case of Nick thinking the stripper actually liked him.

Rumble didn't phase out sponsored creators. It just got alot more ruthless and selective about who it was working with. There was a time when they were flush with $300 million dollars in cash in 2022. They wanted to grow at any cost and often spent that cash very badly and speculatively on talent.

Rumble really believed in Nick though. They put out press releases in January 2023 nationally announcing a exclusive deal with him and having Chris Pavlovski himself (the CEO) bragging up the signing. They talked about his Amber Heard views. Based on metrics, he would have seemed to them someone really good to sign at the time. They even months later still wanted to believe in him enough to give him an invite down to Mar-a-Lago to a Trump party.

But Nick quickly became a massive embarassment both for lack of views and a lack of revenue. It wasn't Nick's content that was the problem. It was that the contract was premised on him bringing in viewers and chat revenue at his Amber Heard level. Nick first rapidly lost his viewership. They he stopped even creating the content he was supposed to be creating under the deal.

Toward the end of 2023, they had burned throught alot of that $300 million dollars in cash and people could start to see when Rumble was going to run out of money. They started to cut back in areas where they had been wasting money. Then at the end of 2024 the crypto company teather invested $775 million dollars in Rumble which (at least for a while) fixed their 2024 financial problems.

Nick would have been a special case because there was so much visibility up to the CEO level for him getting a contract and he was such a spectacular failure. It would have been in everyone's interest in Rumble for him to just quietly go away and be forgotten. It wasn't a Mersh situation where he got a contract that slipped through the cracks and was given because they were signing everyone. Nick had drawn massive revenue and audiences for Youtube with Amber Heard. And there no way for Rumble to know that Nick would (for example) a couple months into his deal blow up lawtube and do a rant how trial streams were stupid. Or that they would set up and heavily promote a Rittenhouse interview for him that turned out to be a total embarassment.

Believe it or not, calling random people fat is bullying.

I remember him saying the house is in a trust that his kids are beneficiaries of. So perhaps some creative accounting / calculating.
Remember: NICK LIES.

He is not troubled by any need for technicality Tomlinson moves. He’s always happy to just make shit up.

"My drug use and degeneracy had no effect on my kids! My daughter that I allegedly drugged and beat is getting in trouble for acting like me at school and general behavior issues!"

Nick's going through his true and honest arc

Btw, the last 25% of the stream is interesting. He re-tells the snorting ketamine (vs cocaine) story in the hours after the legendary coke stream. This time he admits that he and April passed out onto the carpet. Kayla had gone to sleep earlier. More details this time around.

Reminder: there were 5 children there.

He then discusses how he's currently annoyed at the Rx prices of ketamine vs getting it from his dealer. He plans to do ketamine again shortly.

So, there's that.

It's probably upsetting enough for kids to see passed out helpless human trash junkies on the streets of somewhere like Minneapolis. Imagine seeing it in your own house and these utterly useless losers are your dad and his side whore, passed out like junkies on the sidewalk.
