Agreed. He'd have done far better if he focused on a few solid coffee-flavored coffees, and put the custom flavors into a variety of sugared and sugar-free flavoring syrups. People are using those syrups to flavor WATER right now, he could have made crazy money on the syrups alone. A nice, fancy-looking label that looks pretty on the counter would have helped a lot too. But no, gotta have a dull-as-dirt COFFEE BRAND COFFEE label that appeals to nobody.His two biggest mistakes were that he didn't focus on regular and decaf. He went the route of 50 different custom flavors.
