Everyone I know who has done jail time for some dumb bullshit has described it as something like just having to stay in a really bad hotel for a few days, but with the occasional moment of terror when some absolute whack job whose crime is being insane flies into a tard rage.

There is not "Oz" shit in county. J.K. Simmons is not going to be branding you on the ass with a swastika and sodomizing you.

I visit a lot of jails pretty regularly for work, his experience could varry wildly, but if he's doing weekends he's unlikely to ever leave the booking area.

Jails are supposed to separate people on sentences and pretrial detainees, and then further segregate them by security level. What that means in practice is wildly variable - but as a practical matter Aaron is unlikely to even interact with anyone that would be open to the idea of fucking him up for some commissary.

It's more likely that he is so utterly pathetic that he can't trust himself not to do an Aaron rant. I don't think he is worried about a near term violation, as the prosecutor has no interest in helping Aaron, but rather he realised during his last appearance that the Judge is actually taking it seriously and he doesn’t want to be seen to violate the HRO or his order not to dicuss it.

No - that's been there. Court order is the method of restricting ability to practice. After ignoring the 50 million notices of "your due date is coming 6/30,""you can still report by end of August," and noncompliance and all the opportunities to fix it, get an extension, or go to a hearing, the Board will put you on the list to be to recommended for restriction, and you eventually get that restriction imposed via court order. Rekieta accomplished that a year ago. Perhaps his only accomplishment in the last year.

Rule 11. Notice of Noncompliance​

A. Notice Required. The Director shall send a notice of noncompliance to any lawyer who:

(1) Fails to meet the requirements of these Rules; and

(2) Fails to request and obtain an extension of time in which to file an Affidavit of CLE Compliance as required by these Rules.

B. Service of Notice. The notice shall be sent by regular mail to the lawyer’s address of record with the Lawyer Registration Office.

C. Contents of Notice. The notice shall state the nature of the noncompliance and shall inform the lawyer of the right to request a hearing within 30 days of the mailing of the notice, the right to be represented by counsel, and the right to present witnesses and evidence.

D. Effect of Notice. If no hearing is requested, the Director’s determination of noncompliance shall become final and shall be reported to the Court with the recommendation that the lawyer be placed on involuntary restricted status.

Within 20 days of service of the petition, the Board shall serve and file a response to the petition and a copy of the final decision of the Board. Not only all of this, but if a tourist like Aaron was injured or severely harassed in the jail, the crackdown on the more permanent residents would not be fun.

They have an incentive to leave Aaron alone as long as he doesn't act like a fag, and that’s on top of jail etiquette where kicking it off with anyone and everyone is frowned upon.

-Nick claims that if Kayla reapplies for an HRO she'll automatically win it due to the law which will last years
-If Aaron breaks that 2nd HRO he's a felon and goes to prison (not jail)
-Since Aaron already plead guilty, Kayla automatically will win a lawsuit against Aaron for damages
-Aaron would only be able to fight how much money he owes Kayla
-Nick "doesn't know" if his own wife plans to sue her ex lover Aaron
-This has been "very stressful" on Kayla (so stressful that Nick's making it into content for some fat man in a wrestle mask's show)

TBH, based on how things have been going and Aaron's inability to leave the Internet, I'm locking in him going to prison by the end of 2026. Nick will do everything possible to get him to break and he probably will. I also see Aaron losing his house by 2028. He will NOT kill himself, as he loves streaming more than anything else.
