I would not be surprised if Antifa have arranged a bolt-hole for him (perhaps in a rural part of the UK - I know that Undod, or Welsh Antifa, used a number of old abandoned cottages as squats in North Pembrokeshire therefore that's one possibility - or somewhere in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, rural Wiltshire, Yorkshire Moors etc.

I'm not sure how quick the perp could have made it to an airport and got a flight out of the USA... would it have been doable and were airports locked down or staff told to 'stop this person from boarding'.
