More practical concerns would be plumbing for the fake house, the HVAC, and the interior finishing.
Can't believe I didn't think about the plumbing, that would be by far the biggest issue. Sound stages sometimes have great HVAC in place but a warehouse would be rough.
The continuous occupation thing is such a pain in the ass. If someone were capable of working nonstop without sleep it wouldn't be an issue but the moment you close your eyes for too long...
Not sure how they're gonna jump those hurdles. I used to know a place that would be perfect, but it'd be a hike and there's some new red tape.

42 day camping challenge, just bring in the porta potties 😏 I think the plumbing is doable if the set is built on a platform so that they can run a drain, they can just use PVC for all of it and it'll be cheap and not even that difficult. They'll probably break code in some way and get condemned again though. If they can get it right, though, maybe they could lease the space year-round and leave the set up until/unless they want to make changes for the next season.

I think the move to make is a rural-ish house in a non-incorporated area with no zoning and having someone cross every T and dot every I. Would be good for BG as well if they're far enough from neighbors that they don't get noise complaints for the Blood Raves.

Great idea... Except areas like that don't have Internet that can handle streaming. If I remember right, Bloodgames ran off of mobile hot spots, and even those sometimes don't work due to a lack of cell signal.

I'm all for them going rural, and inna woods, but there are drawbacks...

Its a GAY show not a DEAD show. Get your facts straight.
dead gay show.webp
I love my dead gay show.

They did have elaborate plans for season 1 at least but Jet said they ended up throwing most of it away as the show began airing and they realised it was smarter to play things by ear.
No, they said they had elaborate plans. I think a serious problem they have is they create a plan and aren't flexible when Fishtank is a lot of improv. They've gotten a lot better at it but Famous House 2.0 and the entirety of season 2 are examples of them being rigid and getting upset when the people in the house don't abide by this mysterious plan they don't even know about.

The wiggers need to buy a shitty MMO off a lazy steam Greenlight dev that's on an easy to mod engine and full the off-season with retards forced to stream it on the fishtank website while sperging out on each other.

Call it "fish-wurld"

Jet and Ben (and essentially everyone else on the team) openly admit they make everything up as they go along. There's a great tweet from Steinful apologizing to Rachel for making it seem otherwise in his edits. I dont think elaborate plans even would work, except for with a cast like S3. Fishtank is at its best when you treat it like a real fishtank: Drop some retards in and watch how they interact and every so often come up from the basement and tap on the glass to see what happens.

The viewers aren't typically the ones saying they have a plot so you're preaching to the choir. The wiggers pull both "trust the plan" and "everything's made up lul" when it's convenient. In any case, from the production side you have to be flexible because it's a bit of an improv show on their end to keep things entertaining.

So who thinks we will actually get S5?

I think its over. These guys are retarded and beyond incompetent. They will not sell these three houses nor will they be securing s warehouse and rigging up anything that makes sense. They will not move operations out of state.

The only way I see a S5 happening is if they run it in one of the existing houses or buy another stupid house 20 minutes stay and have the same shit happen again.

But there will be no warehouse, there will be no land bought in a far away place. These are grown men retards. Hyde took 10 years to follow up his six episode run on Adult Swim, and most of the sketches are call backs to previous sketches.

You really think the wiggers and Hyde are going to tour properties? You really think they will get permits? Of course they won't.

Atleast thats my prediction.
Well as people have pointed out, Fishtank is the biggest money maker the wiggers have. Even though Sam seemed out of it this season, BG2 and or s5 could pull him back in. Sam was very proud of s3 and the ending especially so it's not like Sam has nothing but disdain for Fishtank. I have a feeling that if we want Extreme Peace season 2 then Fishtank s5 will be necessary. Sam did say in his speech that he wants 5-10 more years of Fishtank.

As for Extreme Peace, people are being overly critical of the show. I can see why people were critical of ep1, but even then it wasn't nearly as bad as people are saying. You say "It took Sam 10 years to come up with a follow up to World Peace" without any consideration for the fact the EP was 100% an independent production without any help from companies like Adult Swim, in fact Adult Swim actually tried to shut Extreme Peace down when it was still called World Peace 2. I'd love to see how fast you are at making 8-10 30 minute comedy sketch episodes that are funny and look good without the help of a studio.

I get that it's Sam Hyde and half the people here consider him more of a lolcow than Chris Chan, but people just love to complain about nothing to make themselves feel better. The sketches in EP have been mostly great and it's not accurate to say "most of the sketches are callbacks to WP1" no they aren't, that's hogwash. Watch WP1 again and refresh yourself. The Erick Hayden home improvement skit wasn't as similar to CEO Erick Hayden as people say at all. The only similarity is Erick sitting in a truck chugging booze, which doesn't even happen in CEO Erick Hayden, in that sketch he's downing niacin not booze.

Anyway, my point is it's easy to call Sam and his production team a bunch of retards (they are) but people like you have never attempted to independently make any big and complicated productions let alone something as groundbreaking and complicated as Fishtank. It's all empty words. I can criticize Sam and Jet all day but I can respect the amount of work, passion, dedication, and creativity something like Extreme Peace takes and I give them massive props for finishing the show and making it a reality. Stuff like Extreme Peace is peak MDE and people just want to complain about it lmao insane.

When your audience is a bunch of seal clapping morons I guess you can get away with it

I actually like Sam and Jet. Not as people, but for all the hiccups, failures, and potential scams, theres NOBODY out there doing anything even remotely close to this.

So it just dawned on me.

Jet took the Cam whore Aussie with in case he strikes out with Ling Ling
If Jet put a fraction of the amount of planning and logistics he does in getting his dick wet into putting on a smooth running show, Fishtank would be a breakout cultural phenomenon.

Don't put the casting couch before the end product, Goran Weinstein.

i mean ice poseidon does. and the ukrainian version. and greg. just off the top of my head
Fair points. IPs thing though had too many faggy ecelebs for me and the Ukrainian thing is literally just torture porn. Greg really did set the bar for spinoffs though and I wish more people would follow suit. I remember Streamstars 1 was supposed to be like that until it turned into chat whales just streaming themselves playing games.

After how much effort they had to put into Rachel I don't think they want to deal with anymore drama queens. That and you'll get more body cam footage.

More practical concerns would be plumbing for the fake house, the HVAC, and the interior finishing. If they want it to look like an actual house from the inside (remember that Sam tries to be a perfectionist) it will be expensive and time consuming.
You see, if they were smart they would realize that trying to make the warehouse look like an actual house is a giant waste of money and time. And would instead fully lean into the brutalist angle of the whole thing. Maybe call it "Sensory deprevation tank" as a season theme. A gray floor with some basic plywood walls. Maybe even make the furniture out of concrete too?
