Wu basically admits what we've all suspected- that this is all about wu. He wants to be a professional candidate (in the 'paid to lose' category and not the 'actually shows professionalism' category).

I think it would be hilarious to lay out Wu's schedule next to, say, Lynch's. See what each of them does on an hour-by-hour basis.

The guy specifically asks to cite examples to which a barrage of vague, unsourced bullshit is layered. "Technocratic ruling class"? That would imply baby-boomer Democrats and their Ivy League kids, to whom which she refers, even know how to use the Internet outside social media, which most don't. I only really follow two lolcows -- Johnny and MovieBlob. Coincidentally, they're both in or near Boston. They're also both hardcore Democrats who are both way overgenerous in their estimation of their own political acumen. An AI doesn't actually have what we consider to be sentience or sapience. Everything that makes an AI an AI is programmed by us, including their flaws. One couldn't say that about human mental illnesses unless they believe that they have it because of God and that's a whole different thing to talk about.
