Background: Melton and his MAPtons have spent the past few weeks hardcore campaigning Cumia to join Melton’s Supertip system. This is the one that allows creators to bypass using Superchats, getting paid instantly and paying Melton and Moody a smaller cut than they’d pay YouTube. Plus it has the AI voices thing. Cumia hardly ever livestreams anyway but I suspect someone of his notoriety getting on Supertips would get YouTube to shut that shit down and penalize the streamers who are using it.

This campaign is also why Melton just started dragging Opie constantly. He wanted to get on Cumia’s radar and Cumia did show up on at least one of his streams.

I'm legit not trying to start some kind of reporting campaign, just a genuine question, how is something like this allowed? I can't imagine google/youtube being happy with someone undercutting their payment system while openly advertising it as a way to bypass Superchats and trying to get other "creators" to join. I looked at the stream (searched for keywords in the transcript) as you suggested and found two things that should be interesting to archive:

• Melton comments about the @elb screenshots (which show Rekieta commenting on the DMs she sent to Aaron via email). He explains that it is "proven" that Aaron had talked about those DMs during his streams, and that's why Rekieta knew about this; however, he does not reference any clips proving that.
  (Just a reminder that the timeframe during which Rekieta watched Aaron talking about the DMs should be very short: November 3rd to 7th. I searched Aaron's YouTube transcripts during that time and did not find anything relevant.)

But in any case if Nick didn't access those emails Melton is correct that saying "I accessed the emails" isn't enough to get him in trouble. But if Nick did access the emails from his own computer and Aaron was tipped off, Gmail keeps logs of exactly when and where they were accessed for a long time. You can pull that information for your own account at any time. Did Nick the non-practicing lawyer tell him they aren't admissible in court? Or are they retarded enough to think those digital records don't exist?
