Whats wrong with buying a $2 kit from Alibaba to reclaim old useless electronics for a fun project over spending $20 or more on a "charging brick"? Imagine being such a useless retard who actually look down on those with the knowledge and skills to DIY. A $10 Alibaba kit can turn that busted laptop into an external monitor that likely has better specifications than a $150 piece of junk from Samsung. I've converted plenty old PC power supplies to "charging bricks" and variable DC power supplies (search boost-buck converter) for stupid hobby stuff. It's easy and it's fun, and it saves money (and the fucking planet not that he cares), where's the loss? I can even sell the thing or donate it. Guess what, I was able to get my first job by showing these dumb things that paid better than most university graduate roles. It's called being employable, Nitrous Nick is not that.

All I said is that Nick illegally accessed someone's data and made it available to others and those others are not committing a crime by looking at it since they did not illegally access the data. It's really no different than the 4chan hack that just happened and their data being posted on that KF thread right now. You're over there looking at it, are you committing a crime?

I don't think the two are comparable. One pertains to highly private information that includes client and attorney shit, which Skelly sent to the fat nonce knowing it was hacked information. The two are heavily involved with this individual, one legally even due to a few last cases.

I don't think unauthorized access to a computer system ("hacking" crimes) makes a distinction for the type of data that's found there. The crime is how the data was accessed not what data was accessed. What any of these other people unrelated to the hacking did with the data once they had access to it is a separate issue. Melton or whoever harassing someone using info derived from the data would be a crime even if permission was granted to access it in the first place.
