It was FILLED with the most ridiculous copes imaginable, and many blatant lies detected. If charges eventually come down, this should be viewed more closely and probably should be archived. (I've never archived a vid but I'll try to figure out how to do so later.)

I just rewatched @Third World Aristocrat's timeline of the hacking. You know what's weird? Late October and early November is when all of this came out.
It's ALSO when Nick did a bunch of nutso Locals streams, April revealed she was living at the 2nd house, the two of them started whippet-sexting on Twitter, and Dan Sletta got into a fender bender.
Just figured out why Melton was particularly giddy with glee in late October-November 2024 with the Google account access.......something else was occurring concurrently that was intended to be the dreaded second front to finally finish off Aaron:

Rekieta had been hinting at that screenshot of Aaron's Google History since as early as October 29th, when he first sent that chat about Aaron jerking off:
He did not publish any information because Aaron wasn't aware of any of it, so keeping it somewhat quiet would make it possible for him to continue logging information. However, he and Melton were itching to release that information, and they probably had some kind of plan regarding the order in which they would release it.
Now, the timeline gets somewhat convoluted because we are dealing with multiple different timezones (including my own). However, what I think happened is that on the morning of November 8th, Aaron finally understood what had ensued and blocked Rekieta's access to his account. Notice that BBN posted that on November 9th, but the prints are from "Yesterday at 8 a.m."
Finally, with the access blocked, Rekieta and Melton began their plan to slowly release the damning information they had collected about Aaron, starting by hinting at it again during Melton's stream on November 8th.
Rekieta then published the screenshot of the Google History on November 9th. BBN noticed that and asked for permission to release his DMs with Aaron. It then became quite clear that Rekieta was meddling with potentially criminal acts (pun intended), and he suddenly stopped dropping all the things they had planned to leak.
Obviously, this is speculative, but it makes sense in my head, considering how thoughtlessly impulsive Rekieta and April were during that time.

Because the objective wouldn't be the after-the-fact recipients of the hacked data getting punished. To whatever extent they can be (to be clear, I don't know if receiving the hacked information would be a crime in and of itself).
It would be the perpetrators of the hack you would want, chiefly. Which means Nick. Which means Melton. Helping identify the recipients would mean they could be questioned as to where they got the hacked data.
I think some people here might be misunderstanding that the objective here ought not be to punish "Random Dabbleverse Faggot #358" for receiving a "dossier." The crime is the unauthorized access.
But if Aaron doesn't want to release the names he has, that's fine too. I am not gonna press the issue. I just wanted to point out that people he migh not know the identity of, other people might know.
It's obviously for the best if Aaron doesn't say anything about the case, let alone the names of people who are probably going to be questioned.

Apparently the theory regarding the dm Nick sent me is Aaron had specifically talked about it on his show and that’s how Nick knew. I don’t recall if Aaron discussed other dms I’d sent him in that time frame, but I know for a fact he never referenced anything in regards to me sharing my own personal communications. Aaron knew I considered what I was sending highly confidential and not for content purposes. Afaik that was respected up until last week when I publicly brought it up myself

I don't think Aaron has thought this through. I believe Nick/April relapsed into whippet-whatever (probably alcohol as well). Nick got reckless and released the information to Patrick. Subsequently, several others received the same file either from Melton or Nick. (I'm sure Nick sent it directly to Dick, for obvious reasons.)
In other words, Nick was sitting on a lot of information. A better hacker could have used said information strategically. Instead, he released the dossier it to the dumbest, most attention-seeking retard imaginable who put it on blast.

The botched handling of the "dossier" of information is the single greatest bit of proof of Nick's intellectual deficiencies.
I'd never commit a crime, but if I was going to commit THAT crime, the last thing I'd do is publicly hint that I have the information or send it to anyone in a manner which would be traceable back to me. The primary goal would be to obfuscate how the information was obtained, because it coming from a Google account makes it obvious it's coming from Nick. It would have been piss easy for Nick to have done a controlled anonymous leak to slowly drip feed damning information. We could have gone YEARS with funny Imholte leaks before anyone got any idea that it was Nick doing it, if done right.
Instead, the very first thing Nick leaks on his own fucking Twitter is a screenshot that can only be taken from inside Aaron's Google account while looking at Aaron's web browsing history. They thought that covering up his Google account pfp was enough to hide the truth. Complete retards.

Looks like cope to me. I looked at his YouTube stream transcripts from November 3rd to November 7th (the span of time between your email and Rekieta's DM), and there is no mention of you. The only mention of "DM" is when Aaron asks people to DM him stuff.

A dossier of that size was not sent via Email, it was likely just uploaded to a gdrive as a zip and then shared via direct link.
And google will happily tell the FBI who accessed it from what IP and logged in into what account.
Not one of those retards was clever enough to do it from behind a VPN using a public access wifi with a device other than their main computer.
The FBI will easily find out who was sent links and who all accessed it using that link.
