Tell me Aaron's $50 fine isn't the State of Minnesota (in general) and Stern's County (in particular) telling Nick to eat shit.

Go ahead. I dare anybody to.

$50! IT'S ACTUALLY REAL! That's incredible! Holy shit! This is an absolute insult to Nick.

Faggot ass Nick should have just kept his faggot mouth shut. He went through all this just to legally reveal how much a nude of his wife taken by the man who cucked him is really worth. But no, he had to run his faggot ass mouth to the cops, revealing what an absolute CUCK he is, because Aaron wouldn't do butt stuff with him, and was smart enough to GTFO before the cops beat down the door looking for his stash.

Now that it's in black in white, it's a legendary moment in thread history. Revel in it.

Aaron is dumb. If his lawyer really said they can win it without Geno and Keanu, this is a fuck up. It's not about 50 dollars. It's about the revenge porn record and how it impacts job prospects. Just like how Aaron didn't think pleading guilty to an TRO violation would ever impact him, it did when it derailed his boxing stuff.

Yes, there is something nice about hearing someone admit they fucked up and that clip makes Aaron seem likeable and humble, but it's still a fuckup.

Just no. The lawyer said they COULD win. Possibly. The risk is being convicted of a felony. Jury would have heard all of the people except Geno and Keanu. They would have been shown the livestream. And they would have had the choice of guilty of felony, guilty of misdemeanor or not guilty. The reality is that it's obvious he shared it so a jury would already be on "guilty" just deciding on felony or misdemeanor. The plea deal takes the felony AND jail AND a public trial off the table. It's a smart decision.

We can armchair the "prosecution can't prove...." game w/o Geno/Keanu testifying but at the end of the day, it's a jury that decides the facts and they may not need Geno/Keanu to conclude guilt. It's a heck of a gambit to risk felony over $50. A misdemeanor plea conviction isn't going to hurt his job prospects more than a public felony trial where the facts are obvious.

This seems to pose more questions than answers. If Aaron took the picture and Kayla was posing for it, did it actually end up in the Signal group chat with the 4 of them? Why was all of the talk about the Signal chat relevant?

If Aaron did send that photo to the Signal chat... why did that happen? Was Aaron sending that for Nick to see and know that Aaron was about to fuck his wife?

This is getting to an excessive level of cuckoldry.

I don't know if this is headlore but I seem to recall that Aaron took the pic, sent it to Kayla and it was Kayla that shared it over signal with the Qover.

I didn't think it was during a show but it was def Kayla that shared it using their Qover rules.

From the Farm's perspective, nearly everybody in the Dabbleverse came out of nowhere. Yeah, there's Stuttering John and Redbar threads, but they're low traffic. Nick introduced the site to the rest.
Once upon a time, in the days when wishing still helped, I was a listener of The Dick Show, Who Are These Podcasts, and some of The Creep Off. I was a nineteen year old loser working night shifts at a Home Depot, watering plants, so I had literally nothing to do but drugs and listen to podcasts. So I was somewhat exposed to the Dabbleverse but like only vaguely in passing with this non-euclidean clusterfuck of bullshit.
It's one of those things I just don't even want to know. One dude, Podcast Hitman, killed his wife, hid her body in the basement, and I think the neighbors smelled it. He is in prison now, he's actually insane.

It's also one of the biggest sweetheart deals I've ever seen while watching retards flail around in court on the internet. He'd be a fool to not grab that deal as soon as it was offered to him, the fact that he considered not taking it at all is the only thing that makes me think he's a dumbass. There's also something to be said for not paying his lawyer to go to trial and not having to deal with lord knows how much time it would take dealing with it. I can't imagine having a felony hanging over your head is good for your health.

At the end of the day I think he got that deal because everyone realized that it was all contained within the lover's quarrel between two cuckold faggots. If I was the Judge, the prosecution or a juror who didn't like gawking at retards I would want this bullshit off my to-do list as fast as possible. This was the quickest way to do it without outright throwing the case out.

Melton starts viewing Aaron's "A Deal Is Done" show less than an hour later. An hour after that, he's asking Nick to call in.

Question for the legal heads in here.

Fatrick literally baited his degenerate followers to go Superchat MLC while Aaron was on there
and specifically mention "Kayla" I know because I was watching NLO when he said it.
Does Aaron have any legal recourse to report this to his attorney/courts? Because it's only going to get worse, and as much of a loser he is it's still how he makes a living.
Some fucktard named So Throrough Joe Burrow? even said he was screenshotting the "Kayla" chats while Aaron was on screen and planned to send them to the court to get him busted.

Nick's been tweeting up a storm. Most of it seems irrelevant to anything except: 1) Branca is joining him on his stream on the 18th, and 2) He's reliving his 80s glory days or something (in which Nick was under 10 years old). Oh, and a bunch of tweets longing for drinking.

I'll never understand Branca. On May 24, 2024, he made one of the most heartwrenching appeals to Rekieta right out of the gate.

I’ve had this thought before but not sure if I’ve said it here: I’m pretty sure Nick and Kayla are the kind of parents who walk around the house naked when their kids are home. It might sound harmless but talk to adults who were raised by such parents. For many of them, it takes decades to start repairing the damage it did. They never learned healthy boundaries, could never relax in their own homes, and were afraid to have friends come over because they never knew when mom or dad were going to walk into the family room nude. They were often inappropriately enmeshed with one parent, resulting in emotional (and often physical) incest.

Of course without confirmation of this I’m just going on a hunch. But we’re past the time when Nick and Kayla deserve the benefit of the doubt.

It's also what being a grifter looks like.

As early as 2022 he wasn't even wearing a shirt for Thanksgiving dinner, and he was a lot more functional even in late 2022 than he was by 2024.

Nick reveals that he passed out at his household Thanksgiving dinner table (narcolepsy, he was sober) while shirtless. Have fun speculating about the usage of clothing in his household.
The hate watchers for Nick are fucking lazy for not catching this.

Sure, I will. Looking at other cases with the same charge, the fine being $100-200 lower doesn't seem to be a big win when he is also being ordered to undergo a PSI and DAI which isn't statutorily required.

Branca is a fucking idiot. He legit argued on Twitter that you can't predict when a volcano will erupt.

I'm NOT joking.

Screenshot_20250302_163240_Brave.jpg

Somebody needs to tell that to the residents of Mt. St. Helens. Per Branca, there was no way to give any of them an evacuation warning before the thing blew in 1980.

The joke with Branca is that if a cop ever shoots Nick to death, then he'll turn on Nick. Postmortem.

It's funny seeing this guy turn up in random places on Twitter with the absolute dumbest takes imaginable now that he's trying to become a generic grifter. I guess he waited a couple years for Nick to start streaming trials again that he could latch onto and gave up waiting.

He should have stayed focused in his narrow area of law where he could present himself as an expert (whether that's true or not, who knows)

Show which livestream? They can't show the Geno and Keanu ones without them there to testify.

In Aaron's stream he didn't say nude.

So unless the prosecution had some technical phone records with the photo, Aaron plead guilty for what? On the off chance Geno and Keanu show up?

It's what he deserves, but it looks like he just took the cheap option and that will likely cause him problems in the future. Pleading guilty to the charge the state should have gone with day 1 isn't a win. It's a loss for Nick because:

1. He said the felony was a certainty.
2. He admitted to some guy cucking him and having nudes of his wife to get the guy a misdemeanor.

I get the Aaron alogs are pissed, but this isn't a W for Aaron either.

He should have stayed focused in his narrow area of law where he could present himself as an expert (whether that's true or not, who knows)
He's not. I think the Aaron Dean trial proved that. He was also, IIRC, defensive of Amber Gyger.

Branca has one thing: He licks police boot. Which is ironic considering Nick has accused all of his critics of doing the same. He licks police boot more than even many police YouTubers do. Like Donut Operator.

The only time I have seen Branca get something right was "acorn cop," and that's because that situation was so absurd that he'd have to be as brain damaged as Nick to think that was justified.

Looking at other cases with the same charge, the fine being $100-200 lower doesn't seem to be a big win when he is also being ordered to undergo a PSI and DAI which isn't statutorily required.
That's still a massive reduction in the penalty.

Plus you seem to be completely humorless to how all this shit ends in a fine that is less than the $98 fine of having the incorrect address on your drivers license in the state of MN. It's funny as shit to me.

I guess different people just find different things funny though, and you seem to really dislike Aaron more than most here. That's your right, I guess. 🤷‍♂️

It's a loss for Nick because:

1. He said the felony was a certainty.
2. He admitted to some guy cucking him and having nudes of his wife to get the guy a misdemeanor.
Exactly.

I'm never going to be able to find a clip of Branca talking about this.
But amid all of his other unhinged stories from his youth, Branca shared on Nick's streams more than once, and way before Nick's arrest, that he did a fucking LOT of cocaine back in the '80s.
Branca laughs about it now, and looks back on that time as just a wild and wacky phase, which he was able to move on from without any permanent ill effects (like his random bouts of unreasonable anger and shouting at people who disagree with him)—but at the time, that cocaine was the fuel for a bunch of boomer-tier stories where you could never get away with doing that shit now, but hey, he still got to have his fun back then!
The nickname that he got on the stream when talking about this, grinning and giggling like an idiot as he shared his tales, was literally "Cocaine Branca."

So if anyone is talking about Branca and the '80s, they're probably talking about that.

I thought I remembered Branca wanting to defend Nick after his arrest, but then being really off-put by the child endangerment stuff once that part came out—but, hey! Nothing a couple of coke buddies can't forgive and move past, right? I mean, come on, we've all been there!
Drug users deserve the Singaporean solution.

Nick's already implying that he might not stream when he claimed lol
View attachment 7204149
There's also a surprising contingent of people who still want Nick to do trial streams.
View attachment 7204148View attachment 7204150

These cruel people demanding Nick do something he hated doing so much
I, for one, hope Nicky does it. Imagine he goes back to law streams, has a very powerful honeymoon phase getting a new high off a found-again validation from what little audience he has left, only for that to wear off and crash even harder than the first time around.
