Nick is intentionally conflating specificity with clarity in his word choice and hoping no one catches on. These painfully selective words choices, which also lean heavily on his own personal definitions, and staggered presentation, demonstrate an extremely compartmentalized mindset.
Diagnosis:
COPE.
Nick could have left it at "Kayla did not cheat on me", but instead
he felt the need to elaborate in a way that implicates all marriages like an overly defensive jackass. Nick goes on to equate infidelity with cheating anyway, so his words can be
generously paraphrased as either "Kayla isn't married" or "Kayla did cheat on me in an
unpopular sense."
Nick tried a similar approach back in
November 2024, with him claiming a broader definition of infidelity and claiming guilt to whatever that definition was:
Counter to what Nick says about infidelity/cheating going on in
all marriages, Kayla remains consistently exempt.
Even though Aaron outright said that Nick told him and April about Nick and Kayla's swinging experiences on Kino Casino in
May 2024. Later, in
November of 2024, April stated on social media that Nick's "partner" made Nick know how a cuck felt. Must have felt pretty good to Nick considering that he let it happen over and over again between Aaron and Kayla.
Essentially, Nick has only confirmed that he consented to whatever sexual encounters Kayla had with other men, so no "cheating".
Posted here for your convenience:
2024-05-26: Aaron confirmed that Nick and Kayla opened up to Aaron and April about their previous swinging experiences, speaking to Hedonism II in particular with implications that there were other times as well. Kayla having sex with another man is related along with Nick's sexual impotency. When asked if another black couple was involved, Aaron said he didn't know.
2024-11-12: Nick is asked if he cucked Aaron. Nick claims there was no cucking or being cucked, but defers to April. April then says that Nick wouldn't be involved in cucking because he knows how awful it is to have his partner do it to him and how the mystery "partner" didn't care what it did to the marriage. April claims the same for herself. April then elaborates that she isn't into cucking, would never do that to Nick because she loves him, and rambles about consensual "fun".
The implication is that April is better than Nick's unknown "partner" (lol). All this was happening around the time April openly bragged about sex with Nick in a way that reeked of desperation (among other things).
