More likely than not, as part as Nick's plea agreement, he will be required to seek and maintain employment. Someone in parole or partial custody can't just claim to be self employed.

Given Nick's complete lack of work history or skills other than getting dangerously intoxicated on stream and neglecting his kids, I suspect that relatively soon, a teenager in his local fast food restaurant will be his supervisor.

I could conceivably see someone being allowed to claim self employment for streaming. But not Nick. Nick was so dumb his streaming was at the very epicenter of his criminal activities and in fact was both why he got into them in the first place and why he was caught. This all happened well before Melton revealed that Rekieta had invaded Aaron's Google account. It would be curious to know if the only way Rekieta developed such a hypothesis was through intercepting private messages between Sean and Aaron. Yeah, he´s not responding to those messages on Aaron´s chat on that quote tweet from BBN but something completely random just to shit on Sean but, then again, he deleted the tweet when people started to call him on that so it could possibly be an attempt of an op, or was really high while chatting on Aaron´s channel.
