Which is why I stand by the fact that whatever happened was probably not that deep, because with these roleplay things it's rarely ever personal even when conversation is taken out of game and there's player flirting that goes on. Most people understand at the end of the day it's probably not worth pursuing beyond some sexting and exchanging nudes AT WORST.
But did it offend poor Alpha GigaChad Balldo's feefees? It doe is not have to be a substantial slight to trigger a narcissist.
This? It seems he is talking about being a bit (joke) - it´s the first I´m hearing about this but I read it like he was fucking around (joking) with this Egalitarian person - not an op. What do you mean by "planting" the story?

The backstory is that I started bullet-point summarising his LOCALS streams ITT, and Nick got mad about it and the ensuing discussion here. He also was angry about the logging of the chat.
In one stream he talked about how he and a female audience member were planning on attending a drag show. I dutifully summarised, and discussion in the thread came to the general conclusion that 'Yeah, that sounds like something the faggot would do'. Nick then had the clipped moment above on his next stream or so about how 'dumb' the Farms (and myself) were for 'believing' it. He then gloated about his 1 million IQ troll. Literal, 'Jokes on them! I peed my pants on purpose', meme moment.
It was a petty attempt to 'discredit' critics and take shots at myself as he seethed. In the next few streams he called out my account by name. I ignored him and just kept logging and summarising.
How did EWU get the Chris Chan arrest footage? I think Chris's charges got dismissed and they still released the footage. I know they wont release it while the case is active but isnt it just a matter of an FOIA request after the case concludes?
Different state; different laws.
It almost certainly wasn't the MMO but rather one of the Star Trek phone games. Nick at one point bitched about phone games that drain money from people by milking the nostalgia. I had assumed he was talking about his dad playing something like Simpsons Tapped Out, but in hindsight he may have (also) been talking about Kayla.
It was the online game. Nick played a sponsored session on Twitch with his wife that is lost to time.
I've always thought it was Monty's lawyer, Schneider. Wishful thinking maybe but anything is possible in the Balldoverse.
Funniest outcome, yes, but Schneider seems competent and ethical in his vicious strategy.
So it wouldn't exactly shock me if he's been holding a grudge this whole time and it came out there was a "proto Dear John" at some earlier point that went largely unnoticed.
It was LegalBytes drama that foreshadowed this. He threw massive shade and painted himself as the saint in that. It wasn't as mask-off, and he actually pulled off the PR couple win at the time when his brain wasn't full of holes and his name mud.
As it turns out, maybe she was a bit dumb, but she was right as well.
More likely than not, as part as Nick's plea agreement, he will be required to seek and maintain employment. Someone in parole or partial custody can't just claim to be self employed.
Given Nick's complete lack of work history or skills other than getting dangerously intoxicated on stream and neglecting his kids, I suspect that relatively soon, a teenager in his local fast food restaurant will be his supervisor.
Kadiyohi monitoring his streaming schedule if they let his claim employment as a streamer would be kino.
