You're on the right track...Yeah, that's a peculiarity of the US justice system I find difficult to wrap my head around unless it's to keep an allied industry profitable.
A justice system that has farmed a lot of its probation monitoring activities out to the private sector. It's a profitable industry. Nick will have to pay for his drug and alcohol testing. The suggestion of a 5 year probation period which includes mandatory testing for that whole period floored me. What corrections system has the resources to accommodate that level of intense supervision for non-violent offenders.
It's not. It's for coke, as well. Albeit a smaller amount. Remember her credit card with the coke on it?For some reason, I only just noticed that April's charge is for weed.
Exactly what you said. They would be treated as two separate offenses. So can someone with actual legal knowledge explain what the scenario would be if Nick takes the guilty plea, but then gets charged with the cybercrime stuff regarding Aaron?
He's bound by whatever conditions there are for the first case, and can still be charged and punished for anything in the second case, too.So can someone with actual legal knowledge explain what the scenario would be if Nick takes the guilty plea, but then gets charged with the cybercrime stuff regarding Aaron?
The underlying claim could still be wrong, of course, but I don't think it's being repeated by BBN maliciously, and with knowledge of falsehood by BBN.
It should be noted the second one suggests he's looking to end it to preserve his own sanity though. Not for the good of his family. Nick doesn't GAS about his family.
Yes he does."i was actually there" strung out on all sorts of drugs and alcohol. Like a druggie knows what's going on in the house.
It makes sense. I'd normally make a "no contact with Co-defendants" a recommendation for probation when I prosecuted, and I advise clients to expect such to be ordered by the court if they plea. Obviously that wouldn't apply to Nick and Kayla, but certainly a cretin like April needs to be a million miles away.I'm just throwing this up here bc it seems smart. I've got 4 hours to get a turkey on the table.

@AnOminous @Potentially Criminal - thoughts? This seems logical. It's as if the State has finally had enough.
Obviously that wouldn't apply to Nick and Kayla, but certainly a cretin like April needs to be a million miles away.
They will wipe their ass with that shit motion.I think he actually did go in planning on that but then the deal was a lot worse than he was expecting because in his dumb hubris, he thinks that retarded motion Kayla filed was going to intimidate them somehow.
Damn! You got me! Okay, okay... I'm BBN!Sounds like something the operator of BBN *would* say... I jest...! I jest...!
@3MMA got it.Do we have the record of what comment Nick is replying to? I know PaedoMelty privates his stream chat after the fact, so we may not...
Thank you!It makes sense. I'd normally make a "no contact with Co-defendants" a recommendation for probation when I prosecuted, and I advise clients to expect such to be ordered by the court if they plea. Does that mean probation officers can impose their own conditions in addition to those specified by the court/in the plea bargain?Even if the plea offer didn't explicitly state it, probation isn't going to let Nick hang out with people who have pending cases, criminal histories, and/or do drugs as one of his standard conditions of probation.
Forgive me if I'm late/not the first to say this, but isn't it a pretty massive failure of logic to claim your daughter's never seen cocaine in her life while also claiming you have video of a cop touching her with cocaine-stained gloves and that's how she tested positive? He's so bad at lying.
Even if the black hookers - cuck chair thing was real, would it even matter? They're both consenting adults that didn't put their degeneracy out onto the internet for us to gawk and laugh at, and they've consistently been sober every stream for a year. Attempting to distract from Nick's ongoing spiral into rock-bottom with this bullshit is small fries. PPP and Warski didn't give kids coke, they didn't livestream from Hedonism 2, they didn't wear the balldo, they didn't constantly cheat on their wives of 20 years with a coke whore in front of them, and they haven't been lying about being upstanding family men until they flipped overnight from drug and alcohol abuse. Anyone who knows PPP knows that the guy literally bent over and showed his asshole to a camera, and anyone who knows Warski knows about Cokeski Prime, the entire thing is a complete non-issue and an obvious gayop to distract from Nick's titanic fuckup he calls a life.Even if every allegation about black hookers and ppp in the cuck chair were true it was never gonna matter. Frankly I thought the metokur maschocist and other discord drama might have done them in especially after they pressed DSP on derich but they did the correct thing and just nuked it and moved on. If andy doing songs about him killing his kid wouldn't do them in it almost nothing short of one of their kids testing positive for cocaine would.
y-yeah but didn't you know ur FAT? You eat too many sandwiches! haha, come on guys, it's funny! Get it? He's FAT?It makes sense. I'd normally make a "no contact with Co-defendants" a recommendation for probation when I prosecuted, and I advise clients to expect such to be ordered by the court if they plea. Obviously that wouldn't apply to Nick and Kayla, but certainly a cretin like April needs to be a million miles away.

And I can 100% see Nick crying like a faggot over it. We already know what kind of regard he holds the prosecution and I doubt he views the judge as legitimate....imagine them having the nerve to tell Nicholas Robert motherfucking Rekieta who can't help him destigmatize the bedroom. Not even the Romans dared to tell Jesus who could be a disciple.

Technically correct, everything I posted was based off their website, a couple of their patent filings, and two documents I found on government websites.Edit: Also correct me if I'm wrong @AltisticRight but you don't have any particular knowledge of the MMS test methodology beyond what they post on their website right? Do you have confirmation they use benzoylecgonine as the specificity marker?
Kinochet or not, it's a decent enough account to see updates on. Although their Xeets often exceed one sentence, so it's not a BMJ-follower friendly account because two sentences is way too long.Is Kinochet American? There are some distinct non-American (British?) hints on the account such as "apologise," "dastardly," and an incisive ability to insult. (Fwiw, I don't care who it is. I find the account to be very entertaining.)

Nick and Kayla's marriage was in deep trouble long before April came on the scene and there's been no indication that Nick is interested in attempting to repair it. He describes his life as having been "in crisis" for years (which would include the period when he was making bank streaming) and I find that believable.I'd love to see how quickly Kayla and Nick fall apart once the coke whore is gone. Theres been speculation that nick didn't accept the plea because of a non-association clause, and if thats the case I'd assume nick is the biggest retard on the fucking planet.
Thank you!
Hopefully people will now stop saying that condition is ridiculous or somehow couldn't be part of a plea deal.
I still maintain that thing was mainly filed to throw more shit at Aaron, and not in any expectation it'll help Kayla any. Because it won't. You know it. I know it. The lawyers following this know it.
I'm sure he thought he'd get a better deal, but I'm not even sure if he's delusional enough to think Kayla's motion will go anywhere. If I were him, I'd be more concerned that that motion just pisses off the state even more. He needs to get over Aaron, but even if he doesn't, that's not the appropriate avenue to fling shit at Aaron.
Does that mean probation officers can impose their own conditions in addition to those specified by the court/in the plea bargain?
what are the chances that nick speedruns a divorce and marries april so the court cant impose a no-contact order on him? Would this work @Potentially Criminal ?Nick and Kayla's marriage was in deep trouble long before April came on the scene and there's been no indication that Nick is interested in attempting to repair it. He describes his life as having been "in crisis" for years (which would include the period when he was making bank streaming) and I find that believable.
If a separation (with or without divorce) was in the offing, then Nick sure as hell wouldn't want to be restrained in any way from seeing April. What happens if he and Kayla divorce and he (heaven forbid) actually marries April? Nothing suggests that Nick and April ended their relationship because it had run its course.
The problem is that the secret source thing is indistinguishable from making shit up.Admittedly, it's not. But it does suggest that BBN didn't make the claim up out of whole cloth, ala Kinochet. Not if other people heard it elsewhere prior.
The underlying claim could still be wrong, of course, but I don't think it's being repeated by BBN maliciously, and with knowledge of falsehood by BBN.
For people reading this, this isn't true. Warski just got caught having never unfriended Metokur Masochist on Steam.Frankly I thought the metokur maschocist and other discord drama might have done them in especially after they pressed DSP on derich but they did the correct thing and just nuked it and moved on.
He'd be thinking with his dick, and not his head.I'd love to see how quickly Kayla and Nick fall apart once the coke whore is gone. Theres been speculation that nick didn't accept the plea because of a non-association clause, and if thats the case I'd assume nick is the biggest retard on the fucking planet.
Another reason I think it's not Kinochet (they pinned this BTW):Kinochet gets annoying and smug once people give him attention.
I think the DL thing, with respect to April, was finally put to bed thanks to @Tiki Bar Man 2 and possibly that Kay lady. She drove herself to the courthouse in her truck. There seems to be more wrangling needed ITT with gay theories about driving licence suspension (April and Nick), cocaine test result methodology, secret sources in the judge's chambers, and the like...
And I don't dispute that. I even explicitly said as much.Even assuming the best intentions, the fact that two separate accounts claim to have been told the same thing could mean that they were told something incorrect by some other third party making shit up.
