Meme Copium while watching Nick struggling to come up with a Sean joke ('I would say you have an egg on your face... but you would eat it!') mentioned that Elissa cuts a lot of dead air. You can really see it. It takes him a lot of time to come up with a lamest joke. If he's been really sober the last 60 days then it's even worse - that means he's permanently cooked.

Some time ago I checked out his first videos and my first reaction for a second was 'wow, he was so young back then' before realizing it was the Maddox stuff and it was six years ago, not sixteen.

Imagine being a 16/17 year old kid. Working hard at school, thinking about your future and wanting to go to college just to have all that slapped away becaues your Mom and dad are junkies and its your responsibility to look after them and their mistress. Being forced at that age to take on so much responsibility never ends well.

Fucking hell I feel terrible for all the kids what a shitshow of a situation for the parents to somehow turn this around and say "theyve learned their lessons" as if the blame falls on them.

I posted yesterday hoping for a "Sir, don't do that" in Nicks case and what do you know, he already did it weeks ago :story:, I hope there's plenty more to come and the next time Nick tries to pull a "SEAN!! SEAN!!" I hope that person just responds with "No. I'm speaking now. Okay, Mr. Rekieta?".
 
I am curious as to why Rekieta pere and mere were not there. Are they back in FL? I also thikn it is really interesting that Celeste hasn't been around. I agree with whoever said it above, I wonder if she reported the household to CPS and that is why Nick feels hard done by and "hurt." ("It's all about MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Can't you see how you hurt MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!")

If he feels "hurt," I wonder how his children feel. Too bad no one asked that question in a superchat. Also, his eldest kid is sweet as pie. Something tells me that his lawyer had a sit down chat with him after that incident. Something along the lines of, "look you retarded faggot, if you want to lose the case keep doing that, otherwise STFU". Notice how he didn't say anything during the Omnibus unless he was addressed.
 
rekeita the liar is nothing new. he is a lawyer. a non practicing lawyer, but a lawyer, nonetheless. although instead of lying by omission or word gymnastics, rekieta just out right lies now. what fascinates me is his devout audience, who accepts rekeita's narrative, without question.

Nick's clearly still drinking. Booze. Maybe he's found a way to mask it somewhat, but more likely is the patch he's using doesn't detect alcohol.

Watching the stream last night shows how pickled his brain is now. He's still scared of MNPublicRecords, because the truth is what he's most allergic to now. Maybe that's what causing all those weird sores on his body, an aversion to truth.

I kind of doubt they want to risk putting her on the stand. Her credibility as a witness is terrible (she is as much of a drug addicted swinger as everyone else in the house), and her doing something like telling the police specifically where to look for drugs in the house can be used to cast doubt on it being Racket's crack and not her crack. You don't generally want to prosecute crack heads by busting everyone in the crack shack and dragging some of them onto the stand to point fingers and say "yo hona we wuz all smokin crack but it was his crack in our crack pipe, he's the crack posessor." It turns into a shit show. Everyone has motivation to lie and throw everyone else under the bus. Everyone is drug-addled and bad at lying and unpredictable. Putting someone like April on the stand could torpedo the prosecution's case because she is a permafried coke whore and is going to act like one on cross exam. If they don't need her statements they will probably just concede and say "yeah, you can mute out the Nick-incriminating statements in the bodycam video. We have the drugs in his posession and in his kid's hair and all over his fucking nose. We don't need her."
