On the topic of employment law, someone said Schneider had run-ins with him in that field. I tried looking for this. I may have missed it since, as a practicing lawyer, Schneider has represented people in literally hundreds of cases, but in two cases, Schneider represented the plaintiff (someone suing their employer), and in the third, the defendant (some dude sued by some asshole company unsuccessfully attempting to enforce a bullshit non-compete agreement). He beat the non-compete agreement and neither of the plaintiff cases would have involved Nick representing a corporation (this is just an assumption), so I didn't dig too deep.

It doesn't mean it didn't happen. It could have been entirely administrative and never ended up in court, or it could have been resolved with a settlement out of court before anything was even filed. Or Nick could have just lackadaisically given up and stopped doing anything, which wouldn't be a shocker.

So I can't prove it didn't happen but I didn't find any evidence it had (albeit in a brief search solely for Case Type Employment).

From what I recall it seemed like Nick's experience was mainly in criminal law, presumably taking court appointments for the most part. Even at his best he always seemed "off" whenever he got into the details of civil motion practice.

Sparing all the jokes of a non-practicing lawyer that decided to represent himself making all the absolute worst choices ever, I think it's clear this will only result in his death in the end.

I've seen addicts almost destroy their lives, and eventually pull up in the end. Even if the collateral damage is still there, they managed to stop the burning, and salvage what was left. This guy is determined to do everything except admit any sort of problem that needs serious addressing. No amount of jokingly addressing it in a completely insincere manner will fix it, at this stage is requires a lot of hard work, and not anything he will do. He will not do it, willingly or unwillingly. Even if he has the choice of rotting in prison for years, and having his law license suspended forever until he fixes it, or getting rehabilitation, I am convinced he will pick the first option. Having a valid active un-used dusty law license is faggy and everyone is stupid for thinking he's not in control of the situation.

If this were anyone other than such an insufferable prick, I would feel bad for him. I've seen where this road he's on ends, and if he doesn't want to steer off, it's death. You cannot keep doing this forever without that inevitable ending. While I think his kids probably have that deep down resentment for him, as they now how to live with the shame that their neglectful father acts this way, they also want him to get better because you have that unconditional love for your family, no matter what. It's a really terrible place to in, their kids. They are the real victims here, no one else, only them. They only deserve sympathy here, despite what some on the internet want to claim.

This film is by far the most kino of kino that has and ever will come to exist. It is pure unadulterated kino in it's purest form, untainted by the dictates of mass media moguls, movie producers, or even the flaws of the film crew. The part where Janny Jewsh, the dear feeder himself knights a user with the True & Honest tag is a breathtaking scene alone itself to behold. The beautiful splendor of the set itself was an absolute feat on the parts of the film creators, the sets themselves were masterpieces of artistry. The humor was peak, being even funnier than the best of Norm MacDonald's jokes making Patrick S. Tomlinson's statements about Norm come true when his best jokes are compared to the great might of this tremendous labor of love.

The flashback to Rekieta and Josh getting along was a heart touching part and hit home where you think another scene would. The simple fact that it got that most friendships and communities eventually fall apart was a tear jerking moment. I couldn't help but tear up upon seeing the tragic backstory upon which Nick had fucked up his whole life with coke & liquor. For Nick could not handle the truth, that the path of hedonism is a horrid and increpid road that will destroy one's very soul. The big harrowing moment was when the one and only King Ralph the Sty Master himself showed himself on the Gunted Throne of empty liquor bottles and rotten tortas. At that point did I realize that this is only the first of a long running series of films.
I give this grand piece of kino..... A masterful... Splended... Graceful... A solid, 99.999999% purified rhodium. FOUR...out of five stars. You've overcome Orson Wells, the director of Citizen Kane in terms of sheer mastery of the Art of Cinema. When Scorsese, Spielberg, and countless others have failed to surpass the Master of Cinema as a medium, @Sharpeteer has succeeded on his first try. I cannot wait for the next part.

I really appreciate all the nice words from people here, and full on written reviews it would seem. I really wanted to make this feel like you're actually watching a feature film/musical on Drunkieta, and it makes me very happy to see I apparently did an okay job at it. Also regarding the flashback to Josh and Nick getting along, yeah that part genuinely makes me sad. That clip is from the DSP bankruptcy document stream where Nick and Josh first covered it, it was really Nick's introduction to DSP as a whole, and it's also the very first Nick stream I ever watched, so I wanted to use that specifically. There are so many things he said about Phil, and by extension other people, that now apply to him, and it's really sad when it comes from videos/streams that you really used to like. I can't even watch these unironically anymore, used to play them on long drives and on my living room TV as background noise while working on various projects all the time.

I really need a rest after this one. The 1st entry (the music video) took a few weeks to make, this was a month and a half of working almost every day on it. It was 100% worth it in the end, but I really need some time off from these big long movie-like vids. I do have some shorter ideas for projects I want to work on, so you will definitely see those first.

But the third and final chapter in Balldolot's saga will come. In fact, I have quite a bit of it written already, and I know how I want it all to end, but since I cannot do it without it being yet another super long 20+ minute thing, it'll be a bit of a wait before I get started.

I think the .22 talk is a distraction. Nick is enough of a fag to have 'art' using .22 rounds. I think the bigger issue is the AR and iirc extra mags under the bed.
