Nick and wife trying to get clean and sober at the same time is going to be hilarious. They are going to have to deal with all the shit they did to themselves and their kids without the luxury of dulling themselves into a stupor with drugs and alcohol.

Chances are, if once starts getting sober, the other will pull them both back down into addiction. I will be shocked if this marriage survives sobriety.
I hope the marriage doesn’t survive and she escapes with the kids and his money. She won’t be able to do it with him pulling her down IMO. I guess just seeing his nastiness on full display in the Dear John video, as well as how cunty he was to Sean makes me think he is an absolute terror to live with

To play devil's advocate, doesn't the conflict of interest decision fall on the presiding judge? Prosecution would have no reason to tell Nick not to do this, nor would an impartial arbiter.
Prosecution will protest it because it is a reversible error. Plus it grossly alters the bargaining positions if the dominant spouse is the lawyer representing the wife, as well as a codefendant. She might not take a reasonable plea deal because it's not in his interests, even if it is in hers.

Husband and wife can often waive the conflict to be represented by the same council. But having one of them be the lawyer for both is a mess that nobody wants (except possibly the moronic coke head and his ceiling cats).

Normally, I don't believe in divine punishment, but this looks like a straight up smiting of someone on every level. Reputational, health, marriage, and just life in general.
I was frankly impressed that this arrest shit occurred literally just a day or two after the most disgusting, repulsive, evil coomstream he'd ever done. Very satisfying timing, and indeed, very much like a realtime smiting of a villain almost immediately after he earned it.

Two things Lawtube never seems to discuss with the same convictions:

1. States’ rights with respect to the Constitution
2. The rights of others affected by the acts of criminals

If it was all about the rights of the individual versus the Federal government that prevailed, we’d have 350 million countries, instead of one.

The Founding Fathers still wanted one country.

The Anti-Federalists lost the debate.

This is a fascinating tweet. It falls into an uncanny valley between incoherent schizobabble and intelligible English.

You can see he was trying to make a joke, but can't see any way in which it could be funny. It get a glimpse of what it meant in Nick's head, but can't make sense of it. It comes across as a bizarre non-sequitur, but you can tell there might have been something coherent about it two lines and half a bottle of scotch ago.

layers.jpg

Trying to follow the thread Nick's thoughts backwards from his Joycean statements, like this tweet or the FDR-Metokur-Hiroshima-Hand penis-wheelchair rant, is kind of like archaeology. Just as you can peel back back the layers and layers of construction and accretion beneath a city, and can see how each layer was influenced by the shape of those underneath, so too can you see how each thought in Rekieta's mind led to another, and how each connection was twisted by one of the many holes in his brain.

I'm reminded of Kim Peek's thought process, but more autistic:

I would say so, because it implies you believe that Nick is capable of doing that. He might put a gud boi mask on at some point, <SNIP>
So if you think he can turn around - you're in that gray area of delusion, where you know he fucked up, but you also think he can get back to being the person he wants you think he is - but he never was that person.

Don't be a useful idiot. There's 8 billion people in the world. It's absolutely okay to throw this one trash person away for good.
I bought Nick's schtick in the legal analysis days. Quit watching when he decided he wasn't a "law channel" and started getting into salacious topics. When I checked in a few weeks ago, saw his physical state and topic before peacing out in a few seconds.

I honestly thought he'd degraded into the lying, drug addled pervert we see now. I also thought he was just overly arrogant but with the early self effacing humble brags hadn't considered his narcissism.

I've got a (now demented mother) that was a lying, narcissistic slut that wrecked ours and many other families. But she always had this "mask" of appearances and yes, she'd make it your problem. My siblings and I had cut her off.

She meets our step-dad and seems to grow a soul and kept that up for a quarter century. Once the attention she was getting basking in his "glory" went away when he became ill and ALL attention went toward him. She was too demented to maintain that persona and her evil "returned" for all to see. We had to deal with the fact that she never wasn't her core, evil self.

That's where I am with Nick, I now understand he was always a narcissistic, manipulative and passive aggressive abuser with core depravity that he was able to "mask" for a while. That left me pained when I prayed for his kids and being left with having to ask God to do what he must to save those children, even if it meant Nick's destruction.

I believe Aaron on how much he used cocaine. I just think he's leaving out what his actual drug of choice is, and how he probably did that frequently.
He said he developed an affinity for molly and used the heck out of that.

I don't think Legal Mindset will noseguard balldo
He was pretty clear about what and why he severed ties with Nick. His streams are all about the legal analysis of this shit show.

Yeah it matters for the criminal case, but all of them acting like it could be unconstitutional is literally based on nothing because none of them have seen the cause for the warrant. It's fucking retarded that they keep talking about it.
There in lies the problem. We have essentially two discussions around the same POS. The legality of it and the morality of it.

The absolute moral and spiritual depravity of Nick and that whole cluster (literally) f*ck that came from it. That much has been established, sussed out and/or confirmed.

Then there's the legal part. Barnes, as Legal Mindset pointed out, was speaking in a la la land of a land where the constitution is actually honored but is full of shit from a pragmatic and real life legal landscape. The other LOLtubers are conflating their personal shit with the legal, 4 words: long walk, short pier.

I personally think Andrew has had a good stream and kept it narrowed to the facts we know. Barnes, Frei, etc. STFU until you have at least the affidavit.

Aaron is a faggot cuck
The difference being that he knows it and openly says what a soulless POS he was (is?) and I hope he was truthful about what he's doing to correct that. But with all the work in the world it's like forgetting sugar in the cake and then sprinkling it on top after it's baked. It'll never be right.

Didn't it turn out that the Narnia kids all died in a train crash?
Not in The Narnia Chronicles. The Pevensie children were a real 4 sibling set that died in a train crash as they were being evacuated from London during the blitz. It was apparently big news at the time and C.S. Lewis decided to memorialize them as the heroes and heroines in his stories.

Edited to defeat autocorrect.

He's not been smote yet. He's still free enough to make faggy social media posts telling us not to believe our lying eyes. While it's nice seeing him get slapped down I'm not gonna be totally happy till he's finally forced to admit he's a horrible piece of shit.

Kids are getting taken away, audience totally gone, entire internet is just laughing at you; The first thing he does is just starts fighting with Jim on Twitter. How long do you guys think he is going to take to break his probation? Just because I have a pretty strong feeling that he is probably licking the bottle at this exact moment.

I just wanted to reshare this again to give some context to the absolute insane state Rackets is in right now; Plus this thread moves too fucking fast.

she escapes with the kids and his money
Frankly I don't trust her with the kids either at least not until she's proven to be sober and responsible for a couple years. They went so far down the rabbit hole I don't think shes capable of walking away and moving on that easily.

"Whee. No stupid kids to drive around, my butter dish is clean, have a little tipple, don't forget the lick. Quick bump, wooo let's open twitter and implode."

I want this thrown in their faces every fucking time they cover a case where someone got busted for guns or drugs, especially around kids.

“It was ok with Nick did it, right guys?”
It's exposed their political bias massively. Nor once have I heard barnes provide such a strong defence for hunter biden before we had all the facts of the case on that either.
Just absolute proof that left vs right is a money making scheme above anything

Nate, Gosman and coleman shat over him and barnes hilariously. Also, he's deluded into thinking he's being 100% objective, he isn't, you can see it in how frustrated he is with the chat
That’s becsuse the chat keeps bringing uo moral issues and he’s more concerned about the law.
And Andrew, Sean etc do want to actually seem to want to have people pay attention to what things will actually matter in court.

Mindset outright said the moral failing permanantly damaged Nick.

Repeating that over and over again instead of talkking about defences and attacks from both sides gets tiring.

Which is why he went on a rant at the start.

The only thing that can top this is if Nick can try to represent himself in court so he can get the electric chair. I didn't believe it was real until I came here to see the feature. What a fucking monumental revelation.
Turns out Rackets is going to try to defend himself after all!!! Time to break out the bottle, take another drink Rackets you deserve it!

defense stream over. well, fellow nick haters, looks like he's getting off scot free with bullet proof constitutional challenges that will rock the very foundations of our legal system. it's over.
All it took was the defense of a fellow non-practicing legal cokehead and negligent parent. Who knew?
