Phil looks like an obese and overly-segmented tape worm. That's not even in the 170's (lbs) for an obese female midget.
 
I think he has more chin than face in that photo. I've said it elsewhere, but how can he look at that photo, with his massive flabby wattle almost covering his collar and think, "Yes, that's it, that's the look I'm going for!"

I mean, I know he's deluded about his looks, but come on, just the physical fact that his collar is pinching like angry Spock must be a clue that this isn't a good idea.
