Glad to see you back, Connor.

What does the the thought journal look like? Did he give you a specific form-type sheet to fill out or is it more freestyle journaling? I've also seen people keep thought journals as simply charting their mood out of 10 over the course of a day, with key words or simple descriptions of what events and thoughts they are experiencing.
Simple. I took a five subject notebook, ripped out a couple of drawings, and started fresh. It's predominantly going to be freestyle, with some narrative bits. Charting my mood sounds like an excellent idea.

I've been reading Brokenclaw for a few days. I'm hooked, man. Gardner, I think, was a worthy successor to Fleming.
Good to know. So are you still working on Redesigning Eva, or are you going to focus on your James Bond fanfic for now?

Connor, I think it would be helpful if you posted your journal here, so we can offer constructive feedback on how to improve.

I have old VHS tapes that are more spontaneous than Connor. Eventually after years and years my tapes wore out and they would start warping and skipping adding some slight variety to the monotony. But boy, Connor just seems to keep going and going in the same old cycle going on and on in the exact same meticulous process each and every time without fail. Guy's like a fucking machine.

Yes, I'm going to be writing a James Bond fanfic. I think a measly 180-200 pages would be a lark. I'm actually reading a James Bond book right now, Brokenclaw by John Gardner. I'm 116-ish pages in. Also, I've got a new therapist, and he's fucking awesome. He's of the CBT school, and already it's doing wonders. I'm also going to be regularly writing in my thought journal. It'll help me track, analyze, and stop maladaptive behavioral patterns dead in their tracks.

kill yourself where is the vordrak emails. do you honestly think you can come back and everything is okay?

Yes, I'm going to be ...

Hey connor, what makes you think we believe that you are going to do any of what you say you will? You really might as well be telling us you are going to start curing cancer soon.

What have you actually been doing with your downtime away from the farms? if you dont have at least one completed short piece of fiction to show us, or one novel that you have even finished reading, then everyone is going to assume that you are still talking bollocks, and that you still dont give a toss about literature or writing in any way shape or form.
