I would not be shocked if this judge looked into pat's litigious history and decided its time to put Wilbur to sleep. I recall during the BDA "trial"audio the judge was gobsmacked when he saw that pat had recently had harassment charges dismissed and really realized what a waste of time that fat pig is. The phrasing in the lastest document about not putting up with wasting the courts time or incompetent lawyering tells me this judge is on the prowl for some bacon.

Pat fucked up bigly and I think we have a fun year of the pig ahead of us.

This is just a standard pretrial order that Stadmueller uses for all of his civil cases instead of placing the civil case procedures on his chambers website. He issues the same order in other civil cases, so I wouldn't read too much into this in regards to Patrick specifically.

It sounds like the judge wants both parties to be on the same page so this isn't dragged out like how greer acts surprised Hardin files something, and then he wants to respond, then Hardin responds, then Greer wants to respond to his response.

In short, the judge might have done a quick look at Pat's legal bullshit and thinks he asks his lawyers to drag shit out. Or that he will do so himself if he has to go it alone (IE his amortization which was a complete stall tactic)

A requirement to Meet and Confer at least a week before filing motions is standard in other districts, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin already requires it for discovery motions, so I'm surprised that a Meet and Confer requirement is only a rule in Stadmuller's chambers.

Seems pretty clear that he views Patty's lolsuit as a frivolous claim and is setting the table for the city/cop to counter file for malicious prosecution.

I think Patty has a severe misunderstanding of the law and how it works and learnt most of his understanding of the legal system by watching bad cop TV shows.

The whole 'they searched my place without a warrant! oink oink!!!!' speaks to a complete lack of understanding. It's just sad that a lawyer, presumably one from Washington state or Oregon, is enabling his delusions.

clearly you stalker childs haven't adapted to the midwest. milwaukee is relatively warm, you won't even find people whining about 0°F in Duluth, and that's just a big icy slope. -40 after windchill? best break out the ol jacket.
