I wonder what about "qualified immunity" piggy doesn't understand. As long as the cop isn't doing anything that is a breach of their duty as officers of the law, a violation of criminal law, or a violation of civil rights, you can't sue them for the proper execution of their duties. I don't see anything the cop, or the city through vicarious liability, have done that is a breach of their duties that would allow for qualified immunity to be set aside.

My understanding is that this basically is saying this judge
Good Tldr summary is this:

Very politely worded warning to not test his patience. They cross the 14 month line, he's going to take any opportunity to punish them for it. So, yeah, like you said, he doesn't want to see this dragged out

I wonder who is next in the lolsuit list once this one fails, there is no way he is going to stop, he is addicted to it now.

DoJ or FBI. I mean, bro, you have to just go up. Someone up there is liable for the cops responding to 911 calls, and Pat "The Genius" Tomlinson knows this

Patrick probably see himself fighting some sort of civil rights fight in regards to his persecution by the police, which are being weaponized by trolls. That must be the only explanation for this lawsuit as well as the "why me" sob stories on media.

I wonder if thats just how he handles shit Judges are usually given pretty broad leeway in how they run their courts maybe this guy doesnt want to deal with endless reams of horseshit flowing across his desk.

I assume that's his standard thing he sends out, he's 82 years old and isn't interested in frivolous nonsense which is what Pat's entire lawsuit is based on. This is serious court and I don't think Pat's ready for it.

Also this tweet was funny considering he's hoping a Reagan appointee helps him:

What are you saying child? Patrick's mind works in levels a pepperoni child like you would not understand. He is MORE than ready. In fact, he should dismiss his lawyer and represent himself. He will become the white version of Darrel E. Brooks.

As someone who has been watching the judge allow the Mercedes Carrera shit drag on for literally 5+ years at this point, the idea of a judge wanting to get on with shit is such a refreshing change.

Lol what a shit take, Soros backed judges have been a gripe for years.

This is rather interesting.

Was this the original judge? Have people refused to consent to magistrate jurisdiction? Or has this judge decided to insist on personally handling this case as nool suggested?

I seriously can't imagine that being a good sign for Fatty.
I wonder if this means the Judge is a patposter and knows full well what kind of bullshit Pat's name gets tied to.

Which is all very expensive. His paypigs at sfwa are going to run out of money eventually. He'll have to start selling his home made pepperoni instead of eating it all himself.

The speed at which this Order came out and the references described makes me think this is the Milwaukee civil court's general procedure for "get on with it" - someone with PACER could check other filings perhaps.

This is a disaster for the fatman, because he is INCAPABLE of listening to advice from counsel, and will NOT let his lawyer "talk to the other side" and work out various things.

The only thing that remains to be seen is if someone is tard wrangling him and can force him to shut up and listen. Watch twitter posting rages for hints on that.

Hmmm - we could have someone like a meteorologist who analyzes fatrages on twitter to try to predict the "weather" - we know when things are going well he posts less and more smugly, when things go bad he rages hard.

Close, but I think Patrick is actually pretty close to another murderer, Robert Telles.
Telles murdered a reporter that was writing about the shitty things he was doing. Like Patrick, he also abused his spouse. Main highlight is he is now representing himself, because he wants to put a bunch of bullshit into court about how the police framed him for the murder. The Judge basically went over for an hour how even though he's a lawyer, he doesn't know dick about criminal law. Then Tulles whined to a different court that the judge questioning his abilities was "biased".

That being said, I look forward to Patrick on true crime podcasts when someone finally gets too close to the pepperoni.
