It's Fatrick, so it's at least as likely that he just fat-fingered the reply button. Learning is something I'm not sure he's capable of.

To get them to not respond, which as Cryptic Web Chronicles proved in his video, Patrick had previously feared. Problem is, as Patrick admits, they mostly have been just calling him instead of breaking his doors. Here's a helpful guide:

Out of 24 cases he describes or implies, only 4 are violent. 6 if you count Evans demanding to be let inside. If you ignore his retarded jump from the fifth to eighteenth incident, then the number of violent responses is 4-6 out of 12. Clearly by his own assertions they are taking efforts to try to make it all non-violent.

The only reason that 22 stands out is because Patrick wasn't at home and the call almost certainly would have implied he was there. You have to remember that fatrick is basically a broken AI without understanding - he no doubt heard the term "rage boner" which wictionary has as "An intense state of anger or hatred, especially toward someone or something" and decided to clean it up and thereby misinterpret it.

My understanding is that this basically is saying this judge wants both parties to meet and discuss motions before submitting them, specifically dismissal, summary judgment, jury instructions, and motions for extension of deadlines (which is also bolded to say these will not be viewed favorably). It sounds like the judge wants both parties to be on the same page so this isn't dragged out like how greer acts surprised Hardin files something, and then he wants to respond, then Hardin responds, then Greer wants to respond to his response.

In short, the judge might have done a quick look at Pat's legal bullshit and thinks he asks his lawyers to drag shit out. Or that he will do so himself if he has to go it alone (IE his amortization which was a complete stall tactic)
