A buck for ten eggs? Adequate, inexpensive, if not exactly premium, domestic replacements for luxury goods? US sanctions are DESTROYING Russia!
Its really fun watching normies with no cultural context try to process this. The Fall of the USSR is in living memory for a lot of people there, so these stores are comparatively in great condition. Sure, its not wall to wall [BRAND] where you can find sixteen varieties of every damned thing, but you have more than enough to think of these as "the good times". The expectations aren't at "Starbucks on every corner" just yet.

The use of commissars.......Zelensky is getting desperate
No, commissars are what successful militaries use when they are on the footholds of victory. They are necessary to reign in the jubilant troops from getting overexcited and doing warcrimes and other things involving being too enthusiastic to get into the fight.

Moscow is going to fall any day now, probably right after Putin keels over from cancer/aids/monkeypox/parkinsons/is murdered in a glorious coup by his starving, homosexual loving population.

Just gonna drop to say that i'm dissapointed it's been like 100 days and there's still no foreseable end to this. Sad.
Hell, this is going to go on for YEARS. I'd suspect a ceasefire before day 250 or so but the retards thinking Ukraine will take back Crimea or the parts of Donbass and Luhansk that Russia has propped up since 2014 are mistaken.

"Brazilian Mercenary volunteer reported killed in Ukraine.
43-year-old Brazilian Andre 'Hack' Bahi from Porto Alegre was killed at an unidentified location. It is reported that he was a veteran of the French Foreign Legion."

"First Brazilian mercenary killed in Ukraine
Around the group of foreign mercenaries captured in Severodonetsk, there are many rumors: supposedly most of the fighters died in heavy battles. Unfortunately for Kiev propagandists, these rumors are becoming reality.
Brazilian mercenary Sandro Silva in his private Telegram chat confirms the death of his compatriot Andre Hack. His partner Andre Kirvaitis contacted Hack's wife, who identified his corpse.
▪️André Hack is one of the top three "insta-warriors" from Brazil, who gained fame thanks to publications from the battlefields on their social networks. Local media have repeatedly criticized them for photographs that could lead to strikes on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️ Previously, Hack served in the French Foreign Legion, arrived in Ukraine at the end of February.
▪️Together with other Brazilians, he left the base at the Yavoriv training ground just a few hours before it was bombed. He trained other mercenaries, participated in the fighting in the Kiev and Kharkov regions, at the end of May he was transferred to Severodonetsk.
▪️The last time Andre Hack appeared on the air in a report by Radio Liberty on June 3."

I wonder what are the odds that we see a massive russian movilization push for ukraine, i remember all the hype western media Made around may 9th about putler declaring it around those days, but now it looks like it's a stalemate with both sides taking small towns and blowing up bridges.
Odds are Russia takes the Donbass and is content with it. Ukraine is a broken husk at this point.

Of course the Ukrainian army could have a massive panic and collapse at which point Russia could grab whatever it wanted.

You can see the broken equipment on the bridge.

The fighters of the "Georgian National Legion" came under massive artillery fire from Russian troops

During the retreat, Ukrainian soldiers set fire to tons of grain in the storages of the port of Mariupol

"It is now unusable," said Yan Gagin, adviser to the head of the DPR government.

Do these people seriously expect an agrocultural country, one of the biggest exporters of wheat to run out of food?

Today, according to Zelensky's estimates, Ukraine has hit 10.300 dead, 51.500 wounded in combat and 8.500 captured. This totals to a number of 70.300 casualties since the start of the war, and if we don't count wounded that will not recover, that is 18.800 irretrievable losses.

take those estimates with a grain of salt. I wonder if that includes the unicorn crew?

a lot higher. I feel like iv seen that many dead ukrainians just on kadyrov's telegram channel.
I dunno, I believe in being a little more conservative... I think MI6 said that casualty ratios are 1:3 (K/D) for Ukrainian troops early in the war, so the Russian number of 2.800 RF casualties (a week ago, that is) is consistent with the estimates...

By the way, for everyone else, here's a TL;DR on the reports on the situation in Severodonetsk on the Ukrainian side:

The head of the Ukrainian administration of Lugansk, Haidai, reports that:
>The situation for Kiev's troops in Severodonetsk has worsened
>Heavy fighting is taking place in the city
>The intensity of Russian artillery fire has increased by 10 times

He did not provide any evidence of statements about any "successful counterattack" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Severodonetsk. Ukrainian journalist Butusov dismissed false statements by Kiev's propaganda about the city's successes and said:

>Haidai's reports of a successful counterattack are false
>Statements on the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over 50 percent of the city are a lie
>The Ukrainian army controls only the industrial zone and the neighboring district

This was later confirmed by Haidai himself, who damage controlled by saying that in fact, they've merely been pushed back into the industrial zone.

Russian Army does not give lower officers any flexibility with orders and it's very top heavy, Ukrainian army is probably exactly the same. Generals are closer to the front and do a lot more management, also Russia has like 11,000 generals. These are why so many higher officers seem to die on both sides.
You get a general, you get a general, and you get a general.
I just checked, out of a

Just checked, the US Ground Forces (Army, National Guard and Marine Corps) have 653 Generals. The Russian army is slightly larger on average at about 1.3 million and has 11,000 generals.
Even 1100 is a lot.
It's possible the Ukrainian army is somewhat breaking into factions that don't quite work together.
It is not unreasonable to think their comms are fragmenting. They are fighting a desperate battle.
Yeah they definitely are a unique lot.

Why would zog want these countries at war hmmm?

Do these people seriously expect an agrocultural country, one of the biggest exporters of wheat to run out of food?
Yep and not only that, because we're sanctioned and cut off from SWIFT, McDonald's, some other things they expect us to riot. Poor idiots... well from one point we have faggots like "Russia inside" YouTube channel, Navalny, some other local pozzed libschizos that want Mother America to decimate "Rushka". Who are the minority just like an entirety of troons in US. it's about ~5-7% right now. If anything, it's because of them the world have such twisted look into what my motherland is and how people are here. Yes, we poor, some goods got less affordable, but the crucial stuff remains the same, more or less so we go on.

Just a tip: Moscow is a pozzed cancerhole, along with Petersburg and Ekaterinburg (the latter may be described as liberal nesting ground, which is quite ironic considering where Ekaterinburg is). Still, the majority of people living there are not liberalism leaning homo appreciating retards, hopefully. They are just entitled assholes and we who live in province don't like/appreciate their attitude.
