Phil was talking about watching Shark Tank after Kat found it on a "streaming service" that they have.
As far as I can tell, this streams on Hulu.
Which means that after making a big deal of cutting WWE Network and Netflix, I believe they have scaled back up to 3 streaming services - Hulu, Peacock and Disney.

I wonder if Kat pays for those. Or if those are rolled into his necessary $600 for his day off. Not that I'm speculating on Phil's financial situation or anything.
According to the leaks, he's paying for cable TV and that show is on ABC
As long as you have a cable provider, you can stream from the station's (ABC) website.
Not debunking the streaming service claim as you know he's still buying everything.
It's been a while since he has been this frantic about his nonsense bills begging. He likely let himself indulge because that was his 'birthday money' and it was his to play with and is now realizing that overdid it.
Don't forget he hid behind his mother's skirt with the excuse that she said birthday money shouldn't be used to pay bills.
Dude...he's plugged a beg into literally EVERY SINGLE piece of auxillary content (schedules, daily wrap, Twitter shit, etc.) he's made today.

I can't recall seeing this level of carpet-bomb begging before. What the fuck?
He's trying to ride the birthday amount thinking he can gaslight the paypigs that it should be the norm.
Something must have happened behind the scenes to send him into this begging frenzy and I would love to know what it is.
Whatever it is, he makes more than enough to cover it. He just needs to stop champions, total wine, and doordash. I will say the bill for Midfirst's attorneys may have come in. That's $2300
That Daily Wrap is fucking hilarious. "Everything I got during my birthday is gone."
It amazes me how he thinks this is other people's problem.
Its amazing how he treats a day off full of frivolous spending as a necessity. "Guys I need to buy a big expensive restaurant meal this week", like just how retarded does that sound? Obviously this is ignoring that he likely orders doordash every single day anyway, but how does a person have the audacity to say with a straight face and being absolutely serious that they NEED to eat out at least once a week? If you're struggling to pay your real bills how does the thought of spending money eating out even enter your mind?
Well, when you can't cook to save your life......................

That Daily Sweat last night was some hard begging. After that Phil full on begs across his platforms, if he wakes up around 10am with a beg tweet, get ready for day full of begging. I will be the whole Prestream Begcast. His opener where he will say he needs a supportive day (beg), the schedule where he'll talk about his day off tomorrow (beg), there isn't any gamer news so he'll just straight beg like he said he was going to last night. After that it will be shout-outs, rants and shake out the last few bucks out of the Paypigs before a bathroom break. If the wheelchairs sit on their open wallets they could make Phil have the Bacon Sweats all day long. It could make for a fun day.

Whose fucking fault is that, you idiot? You blew it on gatcha and gin of your own volition. And you blew more money unnecessarily on a tax guy to do your taxes on the weekend.

You do wonder if Kat and Phil have separate bank accounts.
No need to wonder, Phil has been open about their finances being separated. He just doesn't talk about Champions being the reason why, which is funny, because most around here can't see her leaving him over it. He's either that big of a pussy, or knows something we don't.
Don't forget he hid behind his mother's skirt with the excuse that she said birthday money shouldn't be used to pay bills.
Assuming she ever said that, because notice how it fits right in line with Phil's overall perspective on spending money. Not to mention his probable projecting his own stubbornness onto her. It genuinely wouldn't surprise me to learn that Linda is nothing like what Phil describes.
He's trying to ride the birthday amount thinking he can gaslight the paypigs that it should be the norm.
That and the legit belief that it WAS the new norm. Remember his disappointment when his Oscars tweet didn't bring 1000 people to his next stream? Dude literally said there was no point in talking about it because no one was there. He really thought that was another chance at ditching his rep, it takes so little for him to get his hopes up on that shit. Same thing when he reacted to one of his whales talking to detractors. He genuinely couldn't believe it, despite having been betrayed already, and admitting to said whale being unwelcome on the private Discord, for reasons you would think would tip him off, but didn't.

Probably also explains all the times detractors uncovered something and he was shocked by it, despite how easy he made it, and all his bitching about being a target for harassment. He's such a child that he just believes everything he wants to, and all the evidence to the contrary is too scary for him to consider.

I may have left out a better descriptor such as 'alleged mother's skirt' as I don't believe it happened at all and is more in line with your reasoning. Even if she did say that, if you were really about to lose your home, you wouldn't put that money toward saving it? stop it Phail.

Yeah, I'm kind of new. I heard about the guy a few years back, but never really thought about him too much. I've lately read a bit about him and it raised my interest. So I have some catching up to do with the Phill lore.
Phil has this condition. It's called chronic laziness. He's so lazy that he will forgo doing things that would actually make things easier because it would mean doing some work now to avoid more work later. Full circle laziness. So lazy that your laziness causes you to do extra work.

Someone donated Phil a stream deck quite a while ago. Stream decks are basically required for anyone who streams for a living because they make doing things so much easier. Phil has this thing somewhere in his "office," still sitting in the box because apparently it requires Windows 10. He doesn't have windows 10 on his streaming computer because he believes it can't handle it, which is hilarious. He's been setting up for an extreme begment to replace basically everything in his set up. He even dangled the carrot of using a green screen hoping people will buy him a premade pc (he could easily upgrade his current one), a new camera , a mic and a capture card. Upgrading your pc?? That's for peasants. Phil needs to replace everything. He needs the new streamer starter pack, even though he's been doing this for over a decade.

It's only a fun day when both streams end below the tier 1 tips goal. Otherwise we will just see clownmode Phil which is highly annyoing. My evil dream for him for today: not one tip durting both streams to have him a meltdown calling his viewers ungrateful niggers

There is multiple reasons, but I think the main points is this;

He has constructed a world in which he works his ASS off and struggles everyday to to pay bills and just live a normal life with his wife, so of course he should have to be able to get away from that struggle and get at least an hour or two he can enjoy with his wife!

So why can't we just take a stroll somewhere? Drive somewhere? Just have a lazy day together on the couch while watching a movie?
That would require some sort of love between the two and that don't exist. So for them to spend time togethere some kind of stimulant most be involved.

It's run first in new seasons on the ABC network's programming. However, he specifically noted these are "all the old episodes" from 10+ seasons ago, so these aren't on the network in reruns, they're watching them most likely in online binge format.

. Although at least with actual gambling there's a slight chance of coming out on top, even though actual addicts never do.

That's the thing about how normal gambling can hook addicts. You get a huge win and then you decide to throw it all in for a bigger win but you lose it all and keep chasing the big win.

Whereas with Phil, where is the hook? If he "gets a big win" it's not like he can spend it on another bigger win. There's not even a hypothetical end game to fool yourself with.

Normal gambling can hook anyone who is predisposed to addiction. Yeah it's a dumb thing but even smart people can get caught up under the right set of events. But what the fuck kind of retard gets fooled into addiction by wrestling pixels. God damn is Phil stupid.

I've heard people make the argument that this is all due to the sunk cost fallacy. But that's more in line with say stocks or crypto, you've already sunk in x amount of money and due to stress of not making enough returns you sink more and more money in hoping to make it all up one day and then some. But even Phil should realize there is no "making up" the value because there is no value to a Zombie Hogan. I mean the dumbass already explained how he got fooled by this nonsense with SuperCard and decently explained why it was stupid. So what does he do? What Phil always does. Spend until you're depressed.

We are never that lucky. He has three or four money creatures to suckle on at all times with their “secret” discord

Phil has gradually pushed the comfort zone of his begging over the years. Why he doesn't admit to his addictions and outright demand money at this point, who knows.

This was hilarious. In regards to his wedding anniversary with his horse:
"We didn't do anything, we couldn't. Got no money, and no time to do anything. That's just...that's adult life man."

Mature adult ✅ No money ✅ Too busy ✅

The fact he is playing a children's game while saying this is just icing on the cake, it's almost absurd.

Not sure anyone here mentioned it (they probably did), but while all of the begging and "I blew the birthday money" is hilarious ("I don't like sharing like this," says the beggar who constantly shares like this), but the lack of logic and personal responsibility hasn't changed now that Phil is in his 40s.

In that Daily Wrap, Phil says: "People think that Phil had a great day so now I don't have to support or nothin' because he's fine." So it never occurs to DSP that when he has such a small audience and he expects so much financially per person, that the money they gave on his birthday means they won't have as much to give for the next few days? Isn't that just basic common sense, that if he gets $500 more than normal one stream, he might get less for a few days after that? Isn't the responsibility on him to manage his money, and not to threaten to not feed his cat/Khet unless we pay him?

Also, wanted to add that this guy who is all about his family didn't even realize it was his wedding anniversary (and it's only three years, not 22). Khet forgot too. Phil doesn't realize what a hole this blows in his "I'm happier than I've ever been" bullshit.

He also phails to ackackacknowledge his strawman of people liking the stream = give money while ignoring people not liking the stream = do not give money.
