The thing is, Noah's argument is that it shouldn't matter for short flings. Noah is trying to keep the focus on "having kids" because the more profound truth is that normal people don't want to bang rot pockets or arm sausages, and that's a lot harder for Noah to argue about.
But for the longer term relationship issue, I'd want to ask Noah what if instead of the children situation, we were talking about someone who had a serious disease that would kill them before they're 40. If a woman was looking for a long term relationship, would it be unjustifiably selfish to reject a particular man as a potential long term partner because the man had a disease that would kill them before they're 40?
I think that question would throw Noah for a loop. It's the same parameters as the fertility issue, but the troons can't dodge it by pretending most people are childfree spergs.
