Just read the "Fear" article. It's quite perplexing to mock someone for fearing death, it's a natural instinct for most people to not want to die. This being the case, someone with a form of cancer that can effect the immune system - I am lead to believe that is what Jim is referencing when he states he has cancer aids - has every reason to want to avoid catching a disease that is fairly deadly for people with comorbidities. Yet apparently for Ralph it's a negative that Jim doesn't want to die.
Then this shit about the name change, he's saying Jim is a coward for wanting to keep his online persona separate from his real life identity. If there is any proof that Ralph is completely incapable of growing and learning as a person, here it is - Ralph's life is made immeasurably worse by the fact it revolves around the braggadocios persona he has made. Everything he does he relates to his gay internet show, knowing he has people who actively fuck with him he has released pictures of his kids online, he has exposed the fact his girlfriend is pregnant to the world. His name is dirt to anyone who isn't one of a few hundred people that tune in to watch him rant and rave, get drunk and then play Tucker clips. His followers outlook is as stupid and myopic as his. If Jim is trying to maintain some semblance of anonymity, and normality to his private life this is him being clever - not cowardly. There is a saying in a lot of militaries which is a comment on people suffering for their ego: Any one can get wet. Unlike Ralph, Jim has decided to put on his waterproofs.
Something something about kids from the worlds #1 dad Ethan Ralph.
I, and many others, have said this time and again - Ralph's not right in the head. There is something deeply wrong with him psychologically, because the reality all of this was bubbling under his skin (maybe that's why the gunt looks so grizzled and disgusting) for a long time. He sits seething, stewing with paranoia and fear, collecting evidence for when he can eventually lash out at someone. It's not normal, it's not healthy. His entire life seems to be based on making himself look like a winner on social media rather than just enjoying life for what it is, it's the equivalent of someone who goes to see a band and watches it on their phone as they are filming it instead of just taking in the atmosphere.
