Someone found him unconscious on the street and called an ambulance. That was 100% an "ambulance ride beating." There is absolutely no way he got himself to the hospital after getting demolished that badly. He probably woke up in the hospital.

Exactly the same thing happens in Portugal: if you go to a Hospital presenting signs of aggression, sexual abuse, etc, the medics will call the cops without even asking you anything. Every hospital has police officers on duty. 100% sure Ralph talked to the police.

Once they go inside your head for surgery, it’s an almost guaranteed lifetime of nerve pain to some degree. Compounded by every follow up procedure. Then there’s the nerve pain meds, if you’re lucky they won’t completely interfere with your life, while not quite helping the pain very much. Nothing does.
Source: uh, a friend with multiple head-area type related surgeries. I’m just saying that Ralph’s eyes, nose, sinuses, and jaws are fucked. All of these things affect each other when they are traumatized. Even little things like the weather, changes in temperature and pressure will put the hurt on. But then again, this ‘friend’ of mine isn’t an alcoholic so maybe Ralph can cope just fine with alcohol and opiates.
In any case his luck has definitely run out for quite a while.

This is the amazing thing about Ralph, he is such a stupid, uncouth fuck that both of these options are well within his capabilities. After thinking about it a bit and then remembering what he was like in the Chris chan video, and how he started shit yelling with someone he thought was there to harass him (he wasn't, just some other irl streamer), and then the guntfight. I am now leaning heavily on option 1, him running his mouth and being a wigger to someone, thinking that his experience fighting some equally out of shape faggot and his tranny friends was "fight experience", and then getting utterly stomped.

Orbital fractures, what looks like potential dental fractures, badly busted up eye and jaw. That is someone looking to seriously fuck him up. I don't think a pack of them would fuck him up this badly, not without some bodily damage being visible (kicked to the stomach, ribs hurt etc).

Quick warning to everyone who is very clearly not as stupid as this guy. You do not know how to fight. You might think you do, you might have had your little gay scrap as a teenager, but unless you have trained for a while in how to do so, you do not, so don't start shit thinking you are some tough guy and can fight your way out, because you will end up like Ralph.

My gap year I lived abroad in Europe and Southeast Asia, and I lived extremely frugally. I stayed in very cheap hostels and generally in poorer countries and cities. I have never, ever encountered a situation where I was worried I was about to get fucking gangbanged by a pack of niggers. The gunt managed in less than a week what I couldn't in an entire year. I can only assume the retard walked around line a dumb wigger just like he does back in the States, and someone didn't take kindly to it.

In my opinion, there is no way this incident started out as a mugging. The most likely scenario is that a Portuguese person committed an unintentional microaggression against The Gunt, and The Gunt reacted in typical Gunt fashion. He then got his ass kicked as a result, and then robbed as punishment.

Correct. While you do have to get a visa, which requires health insurance coverage, IF you are traveling from some countries - but NOT the USA. All Ralph needed was his passport to get to Lisbon, so May might have to be wiring money to that hospital. They won’t be doing surgery unless he has some sort of valid insurance coverage. Debatable if he’d pay that whole extra $60 for it or not. Anyone with an iota of common sense would, but this is Ralphamale.
