You do not have to be talented to participate, you just have to have the Kiwifarms spirit in your heart and know the true meaning of autism! So gather round Kiwi brethren and sistren and I shall impart the Secret Santa Sign-Up Guidelines. And if there's a Christmas miracle, this year you'll read them before posting.

How it works: Sign up below and you will get a lovely gift from an anonymous user. But even better - you will be assigned a random recipient that you get to make your own gift for. Nobody knows who makes what and nobody tells. But all gifts try to work with their recipient's personal wish.

After the exchange, everybody posts their gifts in the showcase thread to show what they got.

1. The gift must be something you made yourself.

It must be something you created, and something transferable via PM

Examples of Acceptable Gifts:

Kiwifarms may be different to most of the Internet but remember that the gift is still meant to make your recipient feel good or laugh or be entertained. So keep your gift acceptable and well-intentioned. We will not deliver malicious gifts.

3. Please turn it in on time.

Sign-ups will last until the close of the 5th of December. You will receive your assignment shortly thereafter. You might even receive it before once there are enough people in the pool so signing up early is good. From there you have until 20th of December to turn in your gift which is the Saturday before Christmas. We'll try and accommodate gifts up to the Sunday but understand you're making other people's lives harder - please aim for the Thursday. If you cannot create your gift in time, you have until December 12th to drop out without punishment. That is intended to give us some time to make arrangements so that someone isn't left without a gift. If you fail to turn in a gift and do not give an explanation, you may not be allowed to participate in future Secret Santa events.

4. Sign up requirements.

In order to participate you must:

• Be in good standing (general catch-all to exclude someone who we know will be a tit)
• Have not been banned from Previous Secret Santas (we have a short list from last year, don't make it longer).

Li was born on the 26th of December, 1989 in what he calls rural Taiwan as a biological male called 黃晨揚 (Huang Chenyang), to a family of uneducated bumpkins who cannot even read Chinese text. They got by with their lives by farming. According to Li, he was smart, gifted, talented and hardworking. He was able to bear the fruits of this genetic lottery to become quite academically gifted. He survived Taiwan's apparently grueling scene of youth competition to earn a scholarship from a Japanese university. This culminated to his major success as an author-trans-activist.

Not being content with that, he hated his own skin and called it a nightmare, he thinks he's female despite being obviously male, with XY chromosomes, cock and balls. As a result of that, he figuratively "killed himself" for a rebirth, now he is a true and honest female!
(Note: Among Chinese tranny circles, there's this ritualistic idea of signing one's own death to validate troon identities, this is not a cult by the way.)

Before year 2019, he came out as a stunning and brave transgender-identified male (男跨性->扮"女") to his parents, to their disgust and disapproval. He claims it took his bumpkin farmer parents a while to comprehend this situation, the fact that the son they've raised is actually a daughter, and also a lesbian. A transgender-lesbian (跨性女同).

Despite Taiwan being very accepting to the gender alphabet cult, causing them to paint the roads of Taipei with obviously environmentally (and visually) devastating rainbow garbage, he believes that Taiwan is a transphobic nation and his parents will be subjected to harassment due to their son; daughter, their son-turned-daughter, who is also a lesbian, somehow. This is despite the fact that Taiwan became the first in Asia to legalise same-sex marraige in 2019, followed by Thailand in 2025. East Asia in general isn't against the idea of same-sex marriage, which is overwhelming supported by the youth, even in so called socially conservative countries (lol) like China and Japan. It's hard to comprehend how and where he got this idea from, until you realise the troon's entire identity is troonism and being allegedly persecuted is their weapon.

Li holds a Chinese and Japanese literature degree from National Taiwan University and a master's degree in Japanese Language education from Waseda University.
He studied at Taichung Municipal High School (臺中市立臺中第一高級中等學校) and likely graduated in year 2007, taking home a literature award (大墩文學獎). He alleges that his parents are farmer bumpkins, yet this was the school he went to. I highly doubt his stories.

Becoming an Author in Japan​

Li currently resides in Tokyo, Japan. He is still a citizen of Taiwan and according to him, he voted for Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party (DPP, 民主進步黨). DPP is a centre-left progressive party, the current one in charge, and they are pro-LGBT.

Li is bilingual, he is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, Japanese is his second language. His novels are predominantly written in Japanese. He begun his career in 2017 with the release of a Japanese language novel called "Hitorimai 独り舞 (solo dance)" which earned him the 60th Gunzo Prize (群像新人文学賞, Gunzō Shinjin Bungakush) for new writers in the same year.

In year 2021, his novel "Higanbana ga saku shima 彼岸花が咲く島 (An Island Where Red Spider Lilies Bloom)" received the 165th Akutagawa Prize (芥川龍之介賞, Akutagawa Ryūnosuke Shō).

He is a fairly successful author with countless publications, all of which holds positive ratings according to Amazon.

Li's "Coming Out" V2.0​

According to the same article archived above, Li was forced to come out of the closet again as a transgender-identified biological male, due to harassment and so called "unmasking" by his detractor(s). He claims they are jealous of his achievements, trying to smear him as a supporter of Mainland-Taiwan reunification, the CPC, and other deranged schizophrenic babble. All of this was denied by the single Taiwanese author he doxed.
To reiterate and provide emphasis, Li self-identifies as female, and he also identifies as a lesbian.

In 2021, Li claims Taiwan caught wind of the "anti-trans movement" in western countries, where countless people were fed up by biological men trying to crossdress, dose, and mutilate themselves into female bathroom and sports. According to him, only 0.5% of the LGBTQ+ identifies as transgender, or perhaps he meant the entire population. This is absolutely not true.

If he's referring to the total population which puts the percentages at 0.4-0.5%, it is still not true because far, far less identify as intersex and others.
Regardless of what the tranny cope is, they're not the smallest group within their alphabet cult or the entire population. This is an attention-seeking tranny cope and a lie, similar to the unfortunately untrue but also too low "41%".

Li left Taiwan to leave his baggage behind, so his immediate family won't be harassed by other people because their son died, now reborn as their daughter. This sounds insane considering that same-sex marriage is legal in Taiwan. Nobody is going to care about his gender identity enough to harass him, let alone his family.

So what exactly happened? Why was Li forced to come out of the closet to add the qualifier "transgender" to his existing lesbian identity? He claims that he was harassed by someone called 江祥綾 (Jiang Xiangyan), and an assortment of other online Taiwanese a-logs he's yet to substantiate. Jiang seems to deny ever branding Li as a "CPC shill, bootlicker, unionist". Li was threatened by a Twitter account with less than 300 followers and went on to dox her.

Jiang describes herself as a "non-binary female". I highly doubt that a person like this would engage in "online harassment", trying to brand a tranny author as a CPC bootlicker and an assortment of other Taiwan no-nos, unless they're a tranny themselves.

From what I've read, I don't think most people care about his self-professed gender identity. They don't like his lies about his gender, pretending to be a lesbian while being a transvestite, trying to encroach on female spaces, and writing so called self-autobiography inserts about his never-existing struggles with lesbianism. From what I've seen and read, he would have been a successful author without shoehorning gender identity into his books. Hell, plenty of his normal writings got awards too.

Controversy​

Li found himself in hot waters after he won an award for his novel "Solo Dance ( 独り舞)". This was promoted as a semi-autobiographical novel about a teenager studying at a girl's high school, discovering that she's a lesbian.
A novel about teenages exploring sexuality isn't exactly new material, what irked people was the fact that it was promoted as a creative approach to the author's own life. The author, Li, or Huang Chenyang is a man. He has never studied at a girl's only high school. How does he know what it feels like to be a lesbian?

He posted on a Taiwanese image board called PTT, whining about Taiwan's mandatory conscription for men.

Basically he claims mandatory conscription is antithetical to gender equality.

He launched a smear campaign against a Japanese Lesbian bar called Goldfinger, because he believes that men like himself can identify as lesbians.

In 2019, a male trans-identified university professor called Eric McCreepy, I mean McCready tried to enter the bar. He was denied and threw a fit on social media, causing backlash targeted at the bar from various crossdressing men in the world. Li hitched on this event to call them meanies for not allowing cock and balls into their women-only venue.

In 2021, he cried about Japan's transphobia. Note that he left Taiwan where same sex marriage is legal for Japan where it's not legal, because of transphobia.

Litigious Li (versus Reduxx and detractors in Taiwan and Japan)​

Li was introduced to the western audience by Reduxx, a radical feminist publication (TERF, 反跨女權) that focuses on troon-related news and crime. On the 15th of October, 2024, Reduxx released the following article on the Taiwanese transvestite.

• Litigious Li has been suing several people for refusing to validate his self-declared womanhood.
• His novel focusing on lesbianic relationships won an award, despite him being a straight male (synonymy: lesbian transgender female)
• Li filed lawsuits in collaboration with Taiwan's troon lobbying group, the Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights, or TAPCPR (伴侶盟)
• Most people in Taiwan are fine with LGBT rights and marriage, but many draw the line at "self-identification", the act of merely declaring oneself as a particular gender without committing to medical transition
• A 40-year-old man in Taiwan was sentenced to 4 months in prison and forced to pay Li 700,000 yen in damages
• In the same article I referenced in the above sections, Li claimed he suffered from "insomnia, vomiting, headaches, depression, heart palpitations, shaking, appetite loss, and contemplated suicide."
• Litigious Li sued at least 9 people, the Reduxx one would make it ten, or potentially more.
• Li earned over $8000 from these lawsuits, and an unknown amount in donations from his supporters.
• Li is now suing Shawl (or Jiang, see the previous section) for $70,300 in damages.
• The court ruled against criminal charges, so Li filed a civil suit instead.

On the 16th of November, Reduxx received a legal notice from Li. Reduxx is an American-based outlet which enjoys the protection of Section 230 and the First Amendment. Li was able to track down a singular Reduxx Tokyo-based editor to send the papers. More details in the following tweet.

CORRECTION AND RETRACTION: Firstly, we must make two corrections concerning what we stated in our last article about DoorDash driver Livie Rose Henderson.

1. False statement regarding entry into home:

“The video was taken from the exterior of the male’s residence,” reported the Oswego Police Department, “on October 13, 2025.” We noted that Henderson “opened the closed entrance door and went inside,” although there is not one shred of evidence to support that claim regarding the driver.

2. Deception about Ring home security camera videos

We also noted that there was “Ring camera footage” reviewed by the police, but this is not referred to at all in the public statement by the OPD.

Both of these statements are marked as deleted.

The controversy began when a TikTok user named ‘irlmonsterhighdoll’ posted a clip on the platform TikTok on October 12, stating that she was the victim of sexual assault while she was delivering food. She then claimed that her account was deactivated by DoorDash, the company, without any reason, as if the company was penalizing her, within just two days.

She also reported the incident to the police but felt that her complaint was not being taken seriously. The emotional clip went viral in no time as people rallied around her in support, calling for accountability from the company, DoorDash. While the clip went viral, so did calls for an investigation into the incident to confirm whether it was real.

According to the police account, the suspect, a 23-year-old woman named Livie Rose Henderson, visited a customer’s address on October 12 to deliver food in a contactless drop-off manner. Oswego Police Department (OPD) revealed “the video was taken from the exterior of the male’s residence.”

Henderson found the customer asleep on the couch, wearing his trousers down. She recorded the incident but later posted the blurred footage of the act on TikTok, claiming she was sexually assaulted.

If you've been around for a while you've likely noticed I have done more work on the frontend of the Kiwi Farms in the last few months than I have done in multiple years combined.

As a reminder, during #DropKiwiFarms, trannies harassed XenForo into terminating our license with them. I see this continuously while in the ACP:


This means that:
1. I cannot apply any normal updates to XenForo (security updates are posted publicly by their team and I apply them manually),
2. I cannot contribute anything upstream to XenForo via its Marketplace (originally I wanted to build add-ons to sell to other site owners), and
3. I cannot buy anything from the XenForo Marketplace either. Everything I want, I have to make.

As XenForo is a proprietary service you need a license for, this means that we're at a dead end with them. I can't do anything with my code not for the Kiwi Farms, and I can't do anything with XenForo. It means either I let the tech stagnate or I burn time into something that has no long term benefit for us.

That's why I have been very reluctant to do anything for years since. It feels like any time I sink into XenForo is time I could be putting towards an open-source rewrite I literally dream about. I have dreams about how I would do certain things to alleviate headaches. I know how I want to do basically everything, it's written into my skull.

However, that time has never come. The time to sit down and write my rewrite has never come and it is in part because a lull has never happened. I will never get a break. Just recently with the gay pedophile spammer, I have had to divert all my attention to writing an NCMEC reporting feature which is still not ready. It's a very complicated system, it destroys data, and it files reports to law enforcement. It's a very serious and not fun project that is taking up all the time I'd have dedicated to other things.

So my realization has been, instead of mothballing the entire site and delaying everything people want in hopes that one day the time not spent on it will one day allow me to do my rewrite, I might as well just stop pretending I will ever have time to do anything else and sacrifice it to the shrine of retarded proprietary software written by gay Englishmen who post on BlueSky.

I will still do the rewrite but I figure my odds of actually getting time to do it will go up if I have stable income from the site and people are pleased with how it's running.

The article was focused on a Taiwanese-born writer named Li Kotomi. Kotomi, an author, is a trans-identified male currently residing in Japan.

The article reported on Kotomi's campaign of terror against women's rights advocates, and how he had filed multiple lawsuits and criminal charges against women who refused to validate his identity as a “woman” and “lesbian.”

It also noted that Kotomi had taken literary prizes intended for female writers, and called into question concerning statements Kotomi had made comparing pedophilia to a sexuality.




As always, our article did not participate in validating Kotomi’s self-declared claim to womanhood. We referred to Kotomi as a man, and used “he/him” pronouns throughout. We also included some of his other aliases - including his birth name.
All of the details we published utilized data that was publicly accessible.

Kotomi is now suing us because of this article.

His argument? That it was defamatory, invasive, and "factually incorrect" to refer to him as a man because he is “legally and socially a female.”

Note that in Japan, truth is NOT a defense against such claims. "Outing" a trans-identified male is often held as illegal, and "misgendering" them can be considered a legally actionable "insult" regardless of the underlying facts.

In addition to hefty monetary damages, Kotomi is seeking to compel a Japanese court to order us to remove the article we published about him.

In other words, he believes he can litigate us into validating his identity.

Not gonna happen.

If you're wondering how, exactly, Kotomi filed a suit against Reduxx, which is a non-Japanese entity... this is where it gets troubling.

Kotomi managed to file this suit by tracking down a single Reduxx writer who happens to live in Japan. He collected details on individuals he mistakenly thought were connected to her, along with places he believed she might be, which resulted in an unrelated person receiving the legal notice and contacting us in confusion.

We believe the move was calculated to both advance the suit and intimidate us by raising concerns for our writer’s safety. Perhaps Kotomi believed this pressure would cause us to simply back down and comply.

And that brings us here…
