CRP’s court case got updated after the court hearing on the 2nd of August.
In short, he paid his 402600 UAH bail to get out of the pre-trial detention centre. Then, he tried to cross the Chop border checkpoint, got detained, and failed to appear in court for the hearing.
The next court hearing will be on the 22nd of August. SBU is tasked with assuring CRP’s compulsory attendance. If luck will have it, expect a phonk edit of him getting vanned to the courthouse.
According to the letter of the Kharkiv Pre-trial Detention Center dated July 7, 2023, PERSON_5 was released on July 6, 2023 upon payment of bail in the amount of UAH 402,600.00.

Hurricane Electric, one of the largest ISPs in the entire world, has blocked 1776 Hosting's IPs which very briefly (~2 days) was a way to connect to the Kiwi Farms.
Hurricane Electric admits that blocking an entire subnet of IP addresses like this is unprecedented. They refuse to elaborate as to why they've done this.
HE is an extremely old, extremely large provider which owns an enormous share of all fiber optic cable in the world. Their connectivity between smaller ISPs is unparalleled. Their bandwidth is over 100Tbps. If every nerve in your body is connected to each other, much like two computers on the Internet, then Hurricane Electric would effectively be your spine - hence why they are called the Internet Backbone. The Internet Backbone is telling a small forum of a few thousand daily users that they may not exist, they will not explain why, and they are not open to meeting halfway.
However, our relationship with HE was indirect. 1776 Hosting had a relationship with an ISP, who itself had a relationship with another ISP, who has a relationship with Hurricane Electric. HE did not terminate a relationship with me, they instead obstructed my providers from receiving traffic they specifically requested because Hurricane Electric does not allow it, without stated reason, and without appeal.
What Hurricane Electric has not considered is that this relationship took place in Washington state. Washington is one of the few states which has state-level common carrier provisions for the Internet. Quote:
(2) A person engaged in the provision of broadband internet access service in Washington state, insofar as the person is so engaged, may not:
(a) Block lawful content, applications, services, or nonharmful devices, subject to reasonable network management;
(b) Impair or degrade lawful internet traffic on the basis of internet content, application, or service, or use of a nonharmful device, subject to reasonable network management;
This cause of action cannot be brought by individuals or companies. It must be brought by the Attorney General's Office in Washington. My providers have filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office in Washington. I am preparing to do the same via representation.
If you are a citizen of Washington, your right to access legal content via your Internet connection (as guaranteed by the state of Washington, to which you pay considerable tax) has been infringed by Hurricane Electric. However, I am not asking anyone do anything at this point. We are awaiting a response from the Attorney General. If the Attorney General refuses to protect our rights, then we may need voices from the state of Washington to compel their Attorney General to protect their rights instead. If they still refuse, we have further options to pursue to compel the government to enforce its laws fairly and equitably.
Hurricane Electric's political decision making and deliberate meddling with the Internet is the most dramatic action I have ever seen in the degradation of the Internet and the erosion of our personal liberties. The only path forward is for the Internet to be regulated as a common carrier. If we allow this behavior to continue, no website may exist without the collective assent of a dozen megacorporations joined at the hip.
Edit: I have received some skeptical comments from members of the industry that this action was taken by Hurricane Electric and not by intermediary ISPs. Please see below:

Tim is quite irate, now, on Twitter.
It appears the DeSantis campaign used the footage taken by Elad Eliahu, where those troons & goons say "We're coming for your children", as part of a campaign ad:
(Archive)
The clip in question is at 0:48:
Tim, naturally, took this poorly, as he already has an undisguised dislike for the DeSantis team, claiming they did not license the clip for use by the campaign:

Timcast News tweeted on this, as well, albeit in a more neutral tone:

When people started to ask why Tim was so up in arms, on a clip he asked to be shared to expose the reality at these Drag & Pride events, Tim claims that the DeSantis team lied that they paid for the clip:
(Archive)
Now I went over the ad & tweet a few times, & did not see any such claim. All I can imagine is that Tim thinks the "Paid for by Ron DeSantis for President" means the campaign paid for everything in the clip, not that the campaign made the ad.
If this is true, I am both laughing & crying at how bloody dense Tim is, to let his hatred of DeSantis' campaign staff, to make that statement.
I am no expert on fair use, & all that technical talk, so I leave it to the legally minded to see if there is anything to go on with Tim's outburst.
Now, considering the acrimony between Tim & the DeSantis camp, I have to wonder if this was done intentionally, or not.
Bonus Bit:
After a little search, I found this gem from back in 2021, on Tim's Twitter. What a difference two years can make:

Featured on Jul 3, 2023 by Null: China has banned the sale of hormones like Estradiol without a prescription, cutting DIY trannies off one of the few routes of acquiring hormones not contaminated by pubic hair.
Yes, Chinese Troon twitter is coping and seething about the ban of estradiol and cyproterone.
Want to know what's better? THIS APPEARS TO BE TRUE!!!!!!!!
Here is an update to the proposed ban on many medical ingredients. Among them were many ingredients used in bootleg troonshine DIY HRT labs. Namely estradiol, cyproterone and peptide hormonal drugs.
The following ingredients were proposed in the ban (from online sales):
The proposal was officiated in early November, announced on the 30th, and passed in December last year. This post will be long, but hopefully not too long. Drink each time Xi Jinping is based.
Explicit ban (outright):
Vaccines, blood products, anaesthetic products, psychotropic drugs, narcotics for medical use, radioactive substances, pharmaceutical precursor chemicals.
Medical institution made drugs, traditional Chinese medicine granules.
The online sales of the following medication is also banned.
1. Syringes (except bloodthinners) [1]
2. Ephedrine type medications (commonly used in anaesthesia, this is some kind of nerve stimulant).
3. Stimulants, except insulin.
4. The following types of medication. I have tried my best to categorise them. These were mostly done using Google translate, I have tried my best to fix obvious mistranslations. 4.1. Heart and blood related:
Digoxin, disopyramide, quinidine, prazosin, procainamide, propafenone, amiodarone, quinine, aminophylline, choline theophyllinate [2], isoproterenol. 4.2. Psychoactive drugs:
Phenytoin, carbamazepine, lamotrigine, chloral hydrate, dabigatran etexilate, warfarin, ticagrelor, cilostazol, primidone, lithium carbonate, isoflurane, sevoflurane , Enflurane, Desflurane, Colchicine;
4.3. Hormonal drugs (TTD, it's getting spicy):
Mifepristone and compound mifepristone (Korlym and Mifeprex):
This medication is used to treat FAT. Or rather hyperglycemia, type II diabetes and Cushing's Syndrome. Stop being fat.
Why is a fat pill banned? This thing is commonly used as an abortion pill. Cyproterone (SH-80881):
An antiandrogenic hormone medication. This is commonly used in bootleg Troonshine.
Carboprost methylate:
Another common pill for baby killers. Estradiol (oh no!!):
This is a form of estrogen, or just call it female hormones. It comes in the form of tablets or an injection. Bootleg Troonshine are usually injections. Higher efficacy, higher potency, ywnbaw.
Misoprostol: Stomach medication, also used to kill children.
Dinoprostone: Blah whatever, but same as above.
[1]: Blood thinners are pretty easy to get.
[2]: Cough medicine derived from xanthine. Appears to not fit into the other drugs.
[3]: Weird to have this banned as I can just buy it from Sigma Aldrich but apparently China only allows it for veterinary use? Also, a quick search leads to many results online, I can even purchase it from approved sources such as Alibaba Pharma. It appears that many might have a negative reaction to fusidic acid pastes.
Part 2: The sources of illicit medication
The NMPA (National Medical Products Administration) identified many sources of illicit medication.
This is very long, essentially, the following four sources were identified:
Taobao (Chinese Alibaba), Alibaba, JD (Taobao competitor) and Pinduoduo (or Temu). Getting weird stuff from Alibaba and Taobao used to be very easy, simply place an order. Many prescription medication used to be very easy to obtain.
This ban doesn't outright bar people from purchasing said medication online. There is now an enforceable process requiring the customer to show the proper prescription. China is highly digitised for convenience (many people) and also control (CPC). This stuff is all online and easily verified.
Estradiol:
處方藥=prescribed medication
This law doesn't stop demented troons from brewing up bootleg HRT in their putrid labs filled with unsterilised glassware, but certainly makes it harder. China is the top exporter of chemical compounds. Troons will now have to look to South East Asia where the standards are lower (I know, lower than China).
Does this stop troons from their abominable alchemy? No.
Does this make them seethe? Yes.
Is this still a W?
Troons will now have to utilise someone with a prescription to purchase these drugs, or find an underground source. People caught illegally exporting controlled substances face at least a decade in a cell. A Chinese troon sympathetic to drugged up TRAs brewery will do exceptionally well in prison, surely.
This is not a troon-specific ban list, but a list of generally high risk medications, and quinine (as well as the few drugs next to it: Quinidine, Procainamide, Propafenone, Amiodarone and Aminophylline) can cause cardiac arrhythmia. What is baffling is the absence of testosterone and anabolic steroids.
Peptide hormones (肽类激素) are in the ban list as well, so transkids genocide.
I had a look, anabolic medication has been banned for a very long time and requires a prescription. A quick glance at ChinaNet's idiotic beefhead /fit/ equivalents leads to gay porn (shocker) and lots of bootleg anabolic steroid recipes. People have been caught trying to get this stuff into the country.
Unlike estradiol which can still be purchased online with a valid prescription, anabolic medication can't even be found outright.
(Similar to the term abortion pill, no results. Smart way to prevent an idiot from trying to find nasty medication.)
So I searched for something more typical such as methylprednisolone. The result was the same as looking up estradiol, prompting the need of a prescription.

Featured on Jun 13, 2023 by Null: reddit administration is staging coups d'état against large subreddit moderation teams to replace them with administrative-friendly moderators against protesting recent API changes which will destroy 3rd party reddit apps.
"If you believe that your community or another community is being subject to decisions made by a sole moderator without buy-in from the broader mod team, you can let us know via the Moderator Code of Conduct form above.”
In short, last week the head moderator of /r/AdviceAnimals opened an internal discussion with their mod team about participating in the ongoing site-wide protests.
Only a few mods responded in that internal thread and then, yesterday, after the subreddit went private in support of the protest a single moderator (ranked far below the head mod on the list) apparently was able to get the admins of reddit to strip the head moderator of their permissions and reverse the decision to participate in the blackout.
Is that a tactic to, unwholesomely, make an example of those mods in the hope of preventing the blackout from going beyond 48 hours (as many subreddits are voting to do right now)?
Do the admins plan to use a similar tactic as pretext to hand subreddits over to lower ranked moderators who oppose the protest and will work with the admins to provide cover over the next few months while the IPO is prepared?
Current mod list is in the imgur link:
Edit:
Here's the top mod whining in the protest discord
Looks like /u/CationBot is also gunning to take over /r/videos by the same method, jannies displeased. The proposed solution to the scab question is, of course, to ban them from any subreddit they control.
