On March 8, 2024 Ezra Levant of Rebel News announced that a British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) complaint that had been filed by Jessica Simpson/Jonathan Yaniv in MARCH 2021 was approved to continue the next step of the tribunal process.

This is basically the same suit Yaniv filed in the BC Supreme Court alleging the same discrimination. He not only lost that case which was determined to be a SLAPP suit (Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation) but was also named for the record to be an uncharged pedophile and racist.
Rebel News has vowed to fight this action which has now grown from simple discrimination complaint to an election issue of free speech & censorship with calls for the repeal of Section 7.

You’ll remember Yaniv: he made national headlines as the male-to-female transgender “woman” who demanded that female aestheticians wax his male genitals, and when they refused, he took them to the human rights tribunal.

He’s gross. But the human rights tribunal is worse — they helped him abuse those women. They agreed to take those nuisance suits. And now the same tribunal has agreed to take his complaint against us.

They pursued me for 900 days before finally dropping the matter — leaving me with a huge legal bill.

Well, it's happening again.

And by the way, this sort of shakedown is going to happen a lot more when Justin Trudeau passes his new censorship bill, called C-63, that’s before Parliament right now.

Right now this “hate speech” provision is just in a few provincial laws. But Trudeau wants to make it national and his version will launch a flood of these complaints, because it pays up to $20,000 to any crank, any bully, any left-wing activist for making complaints like this. It will be a giant cancel culture machine and it rewards nuisance complaints.

To be precise, I’m being prosecuted under section 7 of the B.C. Human Rights Code, which says it’s illegal to publish anything that’s “likely to expose a person... to hatred or contempt”. It’s not even a thought crime, it’s a feelings crime — if anything you say might cause someone to feel the emotion of hate or contempt, you lose. Of course, just showing Jonathan Yaniv’s vicious conduct is going to make a lot of people feel contempt for him. He’s a vicious bully and a terrible racist, too. It’s so weird that the human rights tribunal has teamed up with him.

Obviously we have to hire lawyers, which is part of the abuse here: Yaniv doesn’t have to hire a lawyer. He just typed out his crazy manifesto, gave it to the government, and they’re prosecuting us with government lawyers. We, on the other hand, have to hire lawyers by ourselves — and even if we win, we don’t get our legal fees back. This is the template that Trudeau is going to replicate nationally and he’s going to make it worse, by actually paying people up to $20,000 to make complaints.

You heard the human rights cop in my phone call with him: he says he has power to legally order us to stop reporting on Jonathan Yaniv — plus make us pay a fine. This is clearly unconstitutional, but they obviously don’t care about such details.

We’ve got to fight back. Can I please ask for your help?

I’m afraid I need it. Yaniv is a kook, a total nut, a criminal, a predator, a racist, all of that. But he somehow manages to convince the B.C. government’s human rights tribunal to go after his enemies, again and again. Those poor aestheticians — mainly immigrant women — were crushed by him. I refuse to be crushed by him. We’ve got to stand up to this bully.

BEIRUT, Sept 17 (Reuters) - More than 1,000 people, including Hezbollah fighters and medics, were wounded on Tuesday when the pagers they use to communicate exploded across Lebanon, security sources told Reuters.
A Hezbollah official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the detonation of the pagers was the "biggest security breach" the group had been subjected to in nearly a year of war with Israel.
Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah have been engaged in cross-border warfare since the Gaza war erupted last October, the worst such escalation in years.

The Israeli military declined to comment on Reuters enquiries about the detonations.
Iran's Mehr news agency said the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, was injured by one of the blasts. Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
A Reuters journalist saw ambulances rushing through the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut, a Hezbollah stronghold, amid widespread panic. A security source said that devices were also exploding in the south of Lebanon.

At Mt. Lebanon hospital, a Reuters reporter saw motorcycles rushing to the emergency room, where people with their hands bloodied were screaming in pain.
The head of the Nabatieh public hospital in the south of the country, Hassan Wazni, told Reuters that around 40 wounded people were being treated at his facility. The wounds included injuries to the face, eyes and limbs.
The wave of explosions lasted around an hour after the initial detonations, which took place about 3:45 p.m. local time (1345 GMT). It was not immediately clear how the devices were detonated.

Hezbollah fired missiles at Israel immediately after the Oct. 7 attacks by Hamas gunmen on Israel. Hezbollah and Israel have been exchanging fire constantly ever since, while avoiding a major escalation as war rages in Gaza to the south.
Tens of thousands of people have been displaced from towns and villages on both sides of the border by the hostilities.

The Trump campaign on Sunday said former President Donald Trump is “safe following gunshots in his vicinity.”

“President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement that did not provide additional details.

The former president was playing golf at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. The course was immediately locked down, according to a source familiar.

The Secret Service said on X that it is working with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a protective incident involving Trump. The Secret Service said the incident occurred shortly before 2 p.m.

Trump taken to safety after Secret Service opens fire on man with possible gun at his Palm Beach golf club​

Donald Trump was taken to safety by the Secret Service after agents opened fire on a man who was spotted with what may have been a gun while the former president was on the links, according to law enforcement sources.

Sources said the Secret Service spotted a suspicious individual on the Trump International Golf Course West Palm Beach, and opened fire when agents saw what appeared to be the barrel of a gun.

It’s not clear whether the man was on the course or near it.

An agent opened fire, shooting multiple times.

“President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time,” Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said Sunday afternoon.

The man was later arrested by local police on I-95.

It comes almost exactly two months after Thomas Matthew Crooks shot Trump at a rally in Butler, Pa. on July 13 — wounding him in the ear.

Sen. Lindsey Graham took to X minutes after news of the shooting broke to laud the former president for his fortitude.

“Just spoke with President Trump. He is one of the strongest people I’ve ever known. He’s in good spirits and he is more resolved than ever to save our country.”

The West Palm Beach course is about five miles inland from Mar-a-Lago, which Trump dubbed the “Winter White House.”

The Secret Service — which came under widespread criticism following the July assassination attempt — wrote on X that it was investigating a “protective incident” involving the former president that occurred shortly before 2 p.m.

The agency said it’s coordinating with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office on the investigation.

Initial reports suggested two people were firing at each other. However, sources said investigators now believe the Secret Service agent was the only shooter.

The man’s motives are not yet known. He was arrested by Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies.

The White House issued a statement soon after the incident: “The President and Vice President have been briefed about the security incident at the Trump International Golf Course, where former President Trump was golfing. They are relieved to know that he is safe. They will be kept regularly updated by their team.”

A trans-identified male property manager from Oklahoma, who began transitioning to a woman in prison, admitted to having previously decapitated a friend while still living in Oklahoma. Alex Ray Scott, 28, was in a New York court Monday to plead guilty to the murder of Kenneth Savinski, 64.

Scott ran from Oklahoma in 2019 after being accused of molesting a five-year-old boy – but before leaving, he dismembered Robin Skocdopole, 63, with a chainsaw. The shocking news – which had not been mentioned at the trial – came out as Scott took the stand and described in detail the killing of Savinski, an antique dealer. Scott described using a plate, kitchen knife and “maybe a pen” to commit the January 2020 murder, the Daily Mail reported.

According to an FBI news release, in 2023, “Scott agreed to take the FBI to the last known location of Skocdopole's head. Unfortunately, when Scott took FBI to the location, no additional remains were found.”

Scott became an object of interest to Manhattan police after walking into a station in Jan. 2020 with blood-covered clothing and telling officers, “I think I may have killed someone last night.” Police understood the confession because they had already discovered the corpse of an upper-rung antiques dealer in his Upper East Side apartment.

Savinsky met Scott on a dating site and got more than he bargained for when Scott left him with a slashed throat and cuts to the head after their first encounter. Scott was sighted by other residents leaving the apartment building with Savinski’s black jacket and with a wad of bills.

Scott allegedly hadn’t stolen enough so then decided to use the dead man’s credit cards to get a hotel in New Jersey. The next morning, Scott awoke in the hotel room with blood-soaked clothing but supposedly remembering little of what had transpired the night before.

Scott possessed five credit cards after being searched by police. One of these belonged to Savinski and another to Skocdopole. Scott told police of living in Skocdopole’s home in Broken Arrow but when the address was called, there was no answer. The Broken Arrow Police Department decided to investigate with a search warrant in February 2020. They found the house stripped bare but with blood stains on the walls and floor.

It would take three months for police to find pieces of Skocdopole’s body in a creek near the house. A medical examiner noted that both a chainsaw and hand saw had been utilized to cut up the body. At that time, Scott had been charged with Savinski’s murder and was waiting for the trial to start from the Rikers Island detention center detachment used for adult females and adolescents. Scott had, by that time, begun transitioning.

In July 2019 Scott was charged in Oklahoma with forcing a co-worker's five-year-old son to have oral sex.

In May 2023, Scott admitted to murdering Skocdopole in Oklahoma and took police on a pointless search for the deceased man’s decapitated head. In May of 2024, a US District judge sentenced Scott to 45 years for the Second Degree Murder in Indian Country of Skocdopole.

Scott could get another 22 years in a New York prison as part of a plea deal but would go back to Oklahoma afterwards to serve out the sentence there.

A new bill proposed by a far-left Brooklyn Democrat would see that wigs, hair extensions, tucking undergarments, prosthetics, chest binders, and other items be provided to transgender inmates in New York City.
